I haven't had an issue yet. This has become my preferred convenience store. There are a few closer spots, but like this one. Nicky is definitely my favorite employee, someone give her a raise. She definitely draws business.

I Just drop by the at circle k at 59 w may st, Winder, GA 30680. To use the restroom. After using the restroom I was going to buy some beer since I used the public service. The cashier was on his phone and was not happy I was at the store. He was very rude. Started to ask me personal questions. All he had to tell me he can't sell beer after 12am. I would have understood. He blatantly letting me know I was d*** not knowing the rule. It's not my job to know any local laws. I did go to circle k every day for my morning coffee in texas at my local circle k. Thank for this experience I will not be visiting any circle k anymore. Not even to use the restroom. I will recommend circle k to use proper training tools to teach your employees how to treat customers with decent behavior. If I could I would give this store a negative review.

Not really sure what's up with the late night crowd in this store, but it has become a hangout non the less for non paying customers. There is some gentlemen who has been up here for the past month straight and likes to eye people down as they check out. If this is the way this operation is going to he ran it will end up just like Texco was out of business. The lady behind the counter was rude as hell and gave the most condescending laugh.

Saturday night at 11:35pm I walked in, about 8-10 customers in the store. The greeting i received from a young man was "were not ringing people up right now." There were 2 em'ployee's behind the counter. Not really knowing what he exactly said at the time. I went and grabbed beer and got in line, It was before 11:45. Waited & waited with all the other customers. While he stood there doing nothing and she was at the other register counting money???? After about 10 minutes he told her that she has to count the change first>>>She had counted about 3 times at that point!!!! Hell of a time for a shift change, if thats was suppose to be happening. Needless to say I couldn't get my purchases, out of time for beer, so I didn't buy gas or cigarettes , or snacks either. 5 other customers left too and more followed. It was ridiculous!!! I will definitely be going to a new convience store. No one even apologized to any customers.Management needs to retrain staff. Start with the basic"s "CUSTOMER SERVICE"

This place has horrible customer service and doesn't stand by the products the sell. I purchased propane for my grill got home and the valve on the tank was damaged. I brought it back to switch it with another unit. They refused to do so stating it the vendors problem and not there own. I had to switch the tank out and get charged again. I'll never step foot in that store again.

Kinda creepy dude behind the counter. I understand being nice to customersBut when you keep referring to my girl as "sweetheart". I am standing right beside her it was like he wanted me to say something lol.Just kinda cringy. She was creeped out and I told her dont go there by yourself.
