I called up here to see if they still had an item that was in stock last time I was by. Linda told me a price over the phone. So I drove an hour out to the store after explaining that I had that long of a drive for the item. When I arrived at the store I was mocked for my appearance by Terri but I shook it off as I was going to get the item I wanted so bad. I went to the counter to get the item that was on hold for me and they told me the item was going to be over DOUBLE the price we spoke about over the phone. They said they quoted me the price of a different item. But why was the right item up at the counter then. They said it's not their fault that they quoted me the wrong price. I was understandably perturbed. I will never shop here or iPawn, and I shopped at both regularly, again. I really can't believe this is how they treat their customers.

Untrained on customer value and respect. Very rude staff. 2 different Employees. There seems to be a pattern or the employer does not have any value in who they hire. I have spent roughly $17,000 in a year and a half At roughly Four different Cash America stores. I had a $150 invested on a layway at this store that I was 1 day late on because I was on vacation with my family. Not only did they take my layway away from me. They said I have for fitted all the money also. Obviously they're lost, you will not take any more of my money. Still waiting for the District manager Travis to get in touch with me regarding this. I'll hold my breath. Lol.

Worst pawn shop in town. Went here to sell my Xbox series S because I had gotten a new one with bigger GBs storage, it was in good condition and working very well, I should have drove to a different store than this one, they offered me $60 for it and i was already deep into the process of getting it sold so I didn’t really want to back out of the offer and I ended up foolishly accepting it considering I drove 25 mins to get there and I didn’t want to waste gas going to a different one, makes me wish I did though, but I have no one to blame but myself for getting absolute played by these employees, Never again.

Do not come here!! These ladies are a bunch of liars. They told me the 14k bracelet I paid thousands of dollars for wasn’t gold all the way through. I went to a jewelry afterwards and they verified it was 14k all the way through… scammers!!!

Needs negative stars I came to get my firearm out of pawn and apparently the only 2 people certified to do firearm transactions are out on maternity and sick leave why do they only have 2 people certified to do firearm transactions in the first place then they know one of them will be on maternity leave and didn’t think to get someone else certified they have lost me as a customer

DO NOT GO HERE!! I REPEAT DO NOT GO! Everybody goes through things at different points in their life and when I tell you the manager Jordan did such a horrible job! I already felt bad that I even have to go this low to pawn some items and she made me feel lower then low and I honestly feel it’s because I’m African American. From the time I walked in she had a look of disgust on her face and her attitude SUCKED the whole time. I have pawned a few times with this location and I will never step foot here again. And I will make sure my big social media knows.. 500k+ followers! This is terrible!

I had been doing business with Cash America pawn for almost 2 years spent quite a bit of money there never had a big issue with them until now I put a traeger grill on layaway when it went into layaway it looks practically brand new all the parts were there and it was clean I paid it out it had been used and parts were missing after discussing it with the manager they pretty much said it wasn't their problem. Unfortunately one star is as low as you can go
