Michaela did AMAZING for me to be natural and washed and blow dried my hair with no trouble. She understood the texture of my hair and heard my concerns though it wasn't anything she couldn't already handle!! The receptionist was just as amazing but I was not able to get her name and OVERALL I'm happy with my experience this evening.
Hair type: African American hair is natural no relaxer

After years of my hair falling into the wrong hands I decided to try Birch Salon Co. When I first started coming in my hair had been through so much and was falling out. With the help of Kat my hair has finally started growing back and is healthier than it has been in almost a decade. I have been coming here for several years and I can't rave enough about the service and how sweet every single soul in the building is. I won't ever go anywhere else.

I showed the picture of the style cut I wanted , the so called stylist I thought she knew what she was doing for 60 bucks my hair cut was choppy and nothing like the picture that was my first and last visit to this salon.

Hair type: I have thicker hair and Nichole helped me with that since I went shorter this time.
Stylist: Nichole does an awesome job. Love the way she listens and does exactly what I want and more. She is great at her job!

Such an amazing hair salon with a great vibe and sweet stylists! I have been seeing Liz for years now for my extensions/color and I can’t say enough good things! Every time I show her a photo of what I want she makes it happen. She does blonde sooooooo well! And her sense of humor is an added bonus - I’ve never felt awkward sitting in her chair, and that’s saying something for me ?

First time for a curly cut. I was alittle nervous at first, but the ladies at the salon are very sweet and the place is welcoming. There is also alot of stylish clothing and hair products to purchase. Brooke is wonderful and gentle with my hair. Lisa is amazing and very detailed with my curly cut. I immediately booked my next hair appointment.

Honestly, once you go here, you will never want to go anywhere else for hair. I cried today because I was so happy with my hair. Rory worked absolute magic on me. This is the first time I have felt pretty in a very long time. These guys are the very best. You have to let them do your hair. I would give more stars if I could, 5 stars is not enough.

After being denied access at another local salon for having a service dog, this amazing place took me right in and welcomed me and my service dog with open arms. Thank you for turning what started as a horrible day into a great one. Now I’m ready for my date tonight with beautiful curls!

Nikki was an amazing stylist, she’s easy to talk to, she had great personal recommendations and my cut and balayage turned out amazing, I haven’t had an opportunity to treat myself and this was much needed! Loved the atmosphere of the salon and I can’t wait to be back

I had a mishap at my normal hair salon today. I made a last minute appointment with Nicole and she was able to save my hair from being an absolute mess. Super cute salon with super nice people. Pricing is very affordable in a very posh atmosphere. Totally recommend. 10 out of 10.

I always have the best salon experience when I’m at Birch. I always see Lisa and she never disappoints! She makes me leave feeling great with beautiful new hair each and every time. All of the girls are great from the front desk to the girls blow drying and washing my hair.
