Best BMW shop around, Very reasonable price, and easy to schedule your car getting maintenance. Ben, James and the staff are very knowledgeable on every bmw. I’ve had all my work done from subframe, twin turbos install, and headlights put in and never been disappointed. I also appreciate how the technician Neil comes out to explains what he did and how he did it. I recommend you going to Bimmer Motor World.

James was absolutely wonderful to deal with. They had my car fixed and in the time frame that we had spoken about even though it needed more repairs than originally thought. I still saved a ton from the dealer and didn't have the hassle of the upsell of things that I did not need. Thank you for a positive experience Bimmer World.

I have e46 323i that I got Tuned back in 2020 and it has been amazing since. I recently did a swap and needed the ECU re-flashed. It was ready the next morning free of charge. Truly love you guys thank you for all the amazing work

I was disappointed with my experience at Bimmer Motor World auto repair store when I brought in my 2011 BMW X5 Dark Gray for repairs. Although I initially thought I had made the right choice, the extended turnaround time and subsequent issues with my vehicle left me dissatisfied. My car remained in their shop for several weeks, and after multiple trips to pick it up, I encountered several problems shortly after leaving, necessitating a return to the shop. While the main issue was eventually resolved, the subsequent issues overshadowed the initial repair.
Despite their apologies and promise of a loaner car to help resolve the latest problem, I never received a callback from Ben to confirm the arrangement. It seemed like they were uncertain about the root cause of the issues, leading to prolonged inconvenience and additional expenses.
Communication from Bimmer Motor World was also a source of frustration. I had to make multiple calls for updates on my car, and even then, the information provided was not always accurate or complete. On one occasion, I was told that my vehicle was ready for pickup, only to arrive and find out that it was not yet completed, resulting in me having to Uber back home. This lack of accurate and complete information was a significant source of annoyance and inconvenience.
I was rooting for Bimmer Motor World, being a smaller business, but my experience left me feeling disappointed. As a paying customer who gave them multiple chances to correct the issues, I don't believe I should have had to go through such a frustrating experience.
Overall, I would be hesitant about recommending this place for any services, especially for more complex issues.

They were very nice and were extremely willing to help! They were able to take off my wheel locks that no one else was able to help with and efficiently helped with other services my car needed.

Had called about the service needed. , asked for a quote. Then called back for appointment. Car ready when said it would be price as quoted . very efficient, professional. Will definitely return and also recommend.

My steering wheel media buttons stopped working. They had my car for a whole week before even diagnosing it then they took almost the same amount of time to fix it. I had to keep calling them to remind them to diagnose it. The part cost a little over $200. My bill was $700. They preyed on me because I am a woman. I got my car back and there were all sorts of codes on the dashboard when I started the car which I'm sure they left there on purpose so I could pay them another diagnostic and repair fee. I refused. I did what I should have done from the beginning and took it to the BMW Dealer. I do not recommend bringing your BMW here, especially if you are a woman.

These idiots especially JAMES very unprofessional and don't know what the hell they are doing. I wouldn't let them fix my bicycle after the hack job they did on my bmw.
