My first time at a Belks. It was nice to walk into a brick and mortar store and know I could find outfits for the family, perfume, makeup, shoes and even peruse a clearance rack opposed to shopping online. And there were lots of sales.

The store is always very nice to shop in. Good name brand clothing. Offers casual to dress wear. And prices are pretty decent. You could always find a deal there

This store is so bright and clean! Items were well placed, not haphazardly or unkept, so it was very easy to find the tie, shirt, and dress belt that we went for! Everything was on sale, some up to 75% off, and then I was able to use a coupon for 30% off on one of the items. My only issue was that there were no salespeople ANYWHERE! The only employee was at the custom service in the women's section. To be honest, her attitude was either one that was burnt out and highly overworked or just a beeyotch! Per the receipt, I saved $84, so engaging with her for 5 minutes was worth it. I hope life gets better for her!
