This location's staff is so helpful! I use a wheelchair and every time I go, they are extra helpful. Shayla especially is helpful.

The manager Jessica was very rude and didn’t allow me to swap out a wall flower that was coming apart prior to purchase. I spend too much money here and will be letting all my friends know to go to pink or elsewhere instead. I won’t be returning. Horrible service

Love being able to use the bbw app. See what's in stock at my local store and order online for pick-up. Saves on shipping and wait times for delivery. Convient for taking advantage of one day sales promotions & vip events when you don't have physical time to shop in person.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would! I walked in there to get gifts for teachers. While in there, the three employees were in the middle of the store talking to each other about another employee and her disabilities and her having to use PTO because she’s hurt or whatever. They were actively making fun of her and physically mocking her. I was DISGUSTED! I would LOVE for the GM to give me a call. I walked out and told them what I thought about their disgusting behavior. Grow up. There is too much meanness in the world already. All of them should be fired.

Everyone was really helpful. Their internet kept messing up, so they wrote down everything I couldn't get w/ cash so that I could go home & buy it online. The store Was clean & very put together.
