20 W May St, Winder“I decided to update my review because someone found me and asked more questions, so here's what I told them. This is an excellent bank. Very friendly staff, excellent customer service, great options for banking, i.e. they have mobile banking with Bill pay. You can go paperless. You can get all your info through their website or app. Their overdraft protection is outstanding when compared to other bank. The only thing that you could possibly consider negative is they're not nationwide, but that's not always a bad thing. It just depends on your needs. But they're excellent in working with you if fraud occurs or even sometimes if you just make a mistake, so long as you don't abuse it. Hope this helps.”

I love that when we go in the Winder and Athens branches they know myself and my son on a first name basis, not just one employee but several. They always go out of their way to help with anything I have questions or concerns about. Wes at the corporate office is extremely service oriented and always helpful, and Gloria at the Athens location is fantastic, always happy to help at any moment.”

43 S Broad St, Winder“I was concerned being the 10th customer in line with only one teller working behind the counter, serving customers in both the lobby line and drive through. Kim deserves an award for her ability to keep her calm and project positivity when she was the only teller available. What a stressful and unfair position to be put in professionally!! Tammy in the office was able to help me with my need. I was there for about 20 minutes. I felt terrible for the people waiting inside and in a long line of cars wrapped around the front of the building. I would definitely recommend this branch improve staffing to better serve your customers.”
