I had to wait a little bit longer than I wanted, but they were AMAZING! The lady that first helped me kept me updated on what was going on with my wait, and the girl that helped me with my card issue was amazing as well. I love this place! They were great! Have various and sometimes lengthly financial needs. Every employee front and back of the bank were always courteous and able to assist me. I have had accounts with BOA for years and have always been very satisfied.
