$50 for a pair of worn out Nikes, $18 for a pair of MK jeans with frayed at bottom. This store gets their inventory from FREE DONATIONS yet expect customer to pay top dollar for used items. ?

Very overpriced. The shoes are priced higher than eBay. Just keep in mind, you will overpay. They offer discounts, but not on things they write ND on, which is most things like Nike or Adidas. I used to love this place.

Came to shop with my mom and I wanted to pay for her items with my military discount as a gift since she’s always paying for my things and the manager was extremely rude and did not allow me to purchase her items even tho I was going to pay with my own money and had my physical ID. She was giving racist vibes since we are Hispanic this isn’t the first encounter we’ve had with her. She also changed the price to a jacket we found for 4$ On the tag to 8.50 just bc it was brand. Super disappointed since we do shop here on a regular and all the other works are great but the manager was just sour.

Very over priced thrift store they mark shoes double the price. They supposedly give you a discount if an item has been there more than a month but they remarked them as the current month so u don’t get the discount . I usually go in there for the baby clothes because it’s a good deal 1 dollar per item. they changed the price it went up on the baby clothes. Not buying baby clothes from there anymore . A bib for a 1.25 when they sell a pack of 3 for 1 dollar at dollar tree brand new . . It’s crazy to think they get all these items donated and they sell stuff as if it was brand new . Once in a while I find items for a good price but lately everything is priced ridiculous also the employees there do not like kids .

If I could put NEGATIVE stars, I would! I've only been to this thrift store three times, and all 3 times, I've never been greeted walking in. No "hey welcome," "are you finding everything alright," etc. If you have a question, the employees make sure that you know that it's the biggest chore they have to do to answer you. They completely ignore you until you're at the register, and even then, they'll only tell you your total. Most of the stuff is ridiculously overpriced. It's a thrift store, not an outlet mall. I've even looked up clothes that I purchased as far as the brand, and they claim that because it's a name brand, they charge more, but I don't know where they get their prices from, when I could go to Walmart, get the EXACT same thing that I just bought from them, but at Walmart it was 4 dollars CHEAPER, BRAND NEW OFF THE RACK. They don't have things priced clearly, and if they can cheat you out of money, they will. I've even had them mutter the price, and it end up being WAY more than what it should be. They are EXTREMELY rude, acting like it's a PRIVILEGE for me that they ALOW me to shop there. One even went as far as telling me that I was wrong about what one of their construction paper signs said about the price. I will never spend another cent in their store. I really hope they get shut down. I'm HOMELESS as of right now, and they just ripped me off. 18 dollars for a pair of shorts, same brand and style for 14 and 15 dollars at Walmart. But they CLAIM to be helping the homeless, well they just screwed me out of a meal.

My 9 and 5 year old boys walked over to the toy isle while I was at the baby clothes close by and could see everything they were doing. A worker came 10 seconds later and started harassing my boys about not playing with the toys. ?! Yeah apparently you can’t play with them UNLESS you buy them. She repeatedly asked my 5 YEAR OLD if he was going to “pay for that.”I can hear everything so I spoke up and said “they can’t touch the toys? Then she try’s to act nice and say yes they can. My boys had just gotten there and know if they get something to put it back. There is NO REASON you should be asking my 5 year old if he is going to PAY FOR IT.They are TOYS.They never leave a mess behind and this lady was very rude and i will be back and talk to a manger. Also the cashiers have no customer service. They just scan and take your money. No how are you or find everything okay? Literally just scanned and told me my total. If you hate your job, leave. Don’t leave bad impressions on your customers.

I love this store....it’s like a treasure hunt that has a positive social impact with each purchase. The staff is friendly and helpful. Ask the cashier to round up your purchase to contribute extra to the cause!

No masks or distancing by employees or customers. Unsafe place to shop while we're still in a covid case spike. Won't be back.

Nice thrift store but no mask mandate. Went inside to donate and it was very crowded and not one customer wore a mask. One worker had her mask on. Felt unsafe so I left.. guess no more thrifting until this Covid gets under control.
