Horrible horrible horrible service. They Took my money and got the nerve to tell me that it takes 30 day refund and if I cancel it I would be out of car insurance and out of money. Like seriously. How does that even benefit me?

Just got off the phone with Ashley G., she helped me out and I got the perfect quote, she’s very friendly and bilingual so she was very easy to communicate with! Highly recommend Acceptance Insurance, their office is also really clean :) Ashley was also very professional, I recommend her for any of your quotes that you may need! 10/10!

Kayley Pineda was a Godsend I never knew ac ceptancewas down here behind Wendy’s . I just happened to turn down the road Best turn I ever made was about to lose my insurance because it was so expensive all I can say to her is I wish there were millions of people like her .Thank-you ! She saved me so much money if I could dance I would have! Need help go see Kayley especially if you are a senior I highly recommend her. 10stars

I had the most amazing experience today. Kayley was a JOY. Not only did I call the office about a million times, ask the same questions over and over, but she was so calm, talked me through every option, did not make me feel rushed, and this is why I’ve been with Acceptance for so many years, the employees are so accepting like the name. I look forward to the many confusing phone calls full of positivity and laughter. What a great way to start my weekend, thank you Kayley! :)
