The staff is always friendly, the store is always clean, and the items are reasonably priced. There isn't a self check out to be found, only smiling cashiers ready to check you out, paired with a bagger ready to bag up your groceries for you and help you load them into your vehicle.”

I have to either wate for someone to notice thatbj am at the checkout or I have to start walking the iskez looking for the person that's runs the register to stop stocking shelves and check me out.That might save them money but it doesn't save ne time .”

The fresh fruit and vegetables were picture perfect! My phone was dying so I didn't get a picture.

“Today my aunt and I brought a 2 year old and 4 year old in to pick a “just because” gift (something I’ve never done but my aunt insisted on). While at the store we asked for a price check on a few items, while the employee was stocking shelves. She immediately helped us then returned to her work. After my kiddos had chosen a toy, we’re headed to the checkout down the party goods aisle. My 4 year old picked up a small snow globe which I immediately told him to put back down… before he had the chance to put it down, he dropped it accidentally and it shattered on the floor. I found the employee that had helped us earlier, I believe her name tag said Harmony, and asked her how I could clean it up and pay for the item. She came to our aisle and cleaned up the area and insisted that it was an honest mistake and we did not need to pay for the 3.50 broken globe. I was mortified that I had let this happen and wanted to crumble into a million pieces- apparently my four year old felt the same because at the register he asked me if the police were on the way to get him. As a mother who’s as frazzled in this situation, with a very sensitive child that genuinely did not mean harm to any store items, I could not have been more appreciative of Harmony. I would certainly come back to this store to shop for its amazing customer service (although they would probably prefer we shop elsewhere ha).”

“This store is always busy!! I feel like, DG could take a little advice and use more staff at one time, in there.. it's a bigger store. I'd have at least 2 or 3 associates, 1 for cashier, 2 stricktly on the floor, and a manager on the register & floor at all times. Then the store could be cleaner / neater, with more signage .. selling thru more product faster & easier. Some Managers of these stores are really great, ((this store for example!)) They /She / He / just dont get enough hours $$ payroll to schedule the staff they need for their store to have enough coverage to do anything .. like pricing, while the store is open, besides help customers & recover.”
