“Great views. Great hike with challenging but doable spots which I was looking for. Definitely plan to come again. Note that times to visit are restricted, require a reservation and $16 parking fee per car. Carpool if you can.

“This is absolute a fantastic place. I wish it was bigger and with a few more things, like baskets. This year everyone on my birthday list has a gift from Africa. There's items for yourself, household and babies. Inside there are items from India well, I believe.”
“This thrift store is simply amazing. They have just about everything and their staff is always so super nice and genuinely helpful! One of my favorite 'true thrift stores,' in all of Chattanooga, Hamilton County, I dare say, as well!I had to edit my review today, due to a continuous love of thrift stores and the thrill of the 'treasure hunt.' Here's my update:Excellent selection of almost anything you want/need: even more so if it's obscure. They sell pre-owned goods, gently used but no longer needed, & seeking a new home: Like with you! :-) These are re-sale items in 'almost-new-condition,' due to the devoted Volunteers & their causes. They're eager to assist & very kind! They price items to sell, not sit dusty on shelves: A departure from other such stores in the area! THANK YOU!”
“We absolutely love this place! They have beautiful trails for hiking or even driving on, canoeing and native plants you can purchase. Cory Hagen took us on a tour to see the red wolves, bobcat, and sand hill crane. He was very knowledgeable. We walked on several trails around and past the lake and saw the beautiful wildflowers in bloom. Everyone here was so nice and friendly. We hope to come back soon!”

“There are not many avenues of help for people when things get hard, call 311 and get their charity #'s list and call..you'd be surprised and possibly disappointed how far the help extends. There are a lot of "non-profit" agencies dipping into the funding in town, A LOT and yet there just isn't any help for most people. MetMin definitely fills a void, it is very hard to get through, Monday and Tuesday seem easier, Ive taken my elderly neighbor for free legal advice”
“Thanks to miss Kathleen Wright she is the most helpful person i ever met in any organization I have came across she save me from being homeless and sleeping in my car with my small dog. “I love this store!!!!! The staff is so kind and knowledgeable! They have taught me so many things. They have hundreds of herbal teas (my favorite)! They have lots of other things like Dr. Christopher products. Different kinds of honey and jams. Lots of fresh dried foods like beans. I buy all of my dry herbs here too. You cannot beat the prices. I’ve been to tea stores in NAshville and Knoxville and all over the Chattanooga area! Save yourself the headache and just go straight to the Adventist store. I love their books too! They are pricey but they’re still cheaper than eBay and Amazon!”
