The owner not only test drove my vehicle, but he was able to diagnose the main issue, order the parts, and had me on my way in no time. I needed a coil and plug for my Expedition. “My experience with Trans-formers was Awesome!!They are the most honest companies I have ever dealt with.I was told I had a small leak in transmission, went to them to service and was told I DO NOT have a leak, it was power steering fluid that was put in and overflowed.I highly recommend Trans-formers!!They absolutely know what they are doing and customer service friendly for sure!! “I live 30 miles away from the Jason shop and I still took my car there and that tells you a lot about this shop. I have a hard time trusting someone with my vehicle because I been screwed over before. But Jason and his guys did an amazing job, very trustworthy, fix my car in appropriate manner, and very understanding. “Had some shotty work done prior to a trip leading to an engine failure from another shop. Nolan was honest all the way through and was able to come up with a price that was not matched even close anywhere else. He noticed some other issues and went ahead to make the ride safer repaired an engine mount that I wasn’t aware about and didn’t charge. This is hands down the best shop I’ve had to go to. “New shoes! My truck got new shoes! My wife's Jeep got new shoes! They're both ready to go dancing! We went early on a Saturday. The service was fast and friendly. The boss man was ready and willing to order bigger wheels, go up a size on tires, or anything else we wanted. And the prices for the tires and the service was very reasonable. We got out a few hundred bucks less than I expected and the wife's Jeep got bigger tires! It looks meaner now and thats a good thing. I hear that they can get packed in the evenings so I would recommend being there when they open to get the same speedy service we got.”

“In late October, while on my way to work, I was driving on I-75 when a tire tread from an 18-wheeler in the left lane hit the right side of my vehicle's front bumper, causing damage. I contacted my insurance company, who recommended a specific location that wanted to keep my vehicle for over a month. I was distraught, disappointed, and frustrated, but someone suggested I try Collision Restoration. I met with Frank, the business owner, and explained my situation. He explained the repair process in detail and provided a written quote based on a visual inspection. We agreed on the price and timeline for the work to be completed: one week. The level of customer service and artistry I received exceeded my expectations. I needed a ride back from Enterprise Rental, and Leah offered to pick me up so I wouldn't have to wait for an Uber. “I was driving my 2002 F150 with 325000 miles loaded up from Illinois to Florida. Just north of Atlanta I started. to get a misfire. With in minutes I did not think I would make the next exit. I pulled off and googled mechanics near me. B and R had good reviews so I gave them a call. Bret answered and I explained the situation. He arranged for a flat bed and when I arrived he stopped what he was doing to take a look. He found that the fuel pressure was on the low side of normal and after test driving it said it might make it too Florida. I took off and made it about 2 miles, then limped it back. He ordered the part and put it up on the lift for the night, then gave me a ride to the hotel. The next morning when I returned the gas tank was on the floor, and with in an hour I was back on the road. I tried to tip him for his great service but he would have none of it.Thank you Bret, Great Service, Great work, Great Price.”

“The greatest muffler shop in the world is run by one guy here in Cartersville. Robbie is incredibly kind, honest, and knows his stuff. I dropped my 2010 mustang off to have the exhaust pipe fixed (snapped in half due to work a previous owner did) and he did the work himself within 40 mins. Not only the best job I’ve ever seen, but the quickest and most incredible price tag I’ve ever had. Don’t go anywhere else. You’ll pay more for way less work. This is a local guy who knows his stuff and isn’t here to steal your money for the work. Attached you can see what was wrong with my car. I wish I had taken a picture of the work he did. I’ll update it when I can with a photo of that maybe in the future.”

“The handle on the passenger side door of my Ford Expedition had broken. I purchased a new one from the Ford dealership in Cartersville and asked about labor charges there and I believe Pam quoted $150 hour labor (if not this price it was very close). I called Roger at Matthews auto body because a friend had used them before. Roger called within two hours of me dropping it off and said the car was ready. They charged me $50 for the labor - I stood there and asked him why it was so cheap (I was expecting $200-300 charges) and he said the labor charge for the repair was only an hour and that is their rate. I guess I'm so used to being ripped off at dealerships I don't know how to respond to honest people anymore.Service: Body & Trim”
