I had a great experience at West Point Tire. I had an 11am appointment and got there at 1045am, the tires that were supposed to be there by 10am hadn’t been delivered yet. They still started the work on an oil change and took the tires off the vehicle and off the rims while waiting on the delivery of the tires, they almost had the tires mounted and balanced before the tire delivery truck left the parking lot. My only regret is that I can’t give them ten stars. When Bob told me after learning the tires wasn’t there that he would have me out of there before dark, I realized that Bob has a sense of humor. Bob is a very nice and friendly guy. He won my repeat business today.

West Point Tire Co Inc is a great place. It helps seeing about your car, its tires, and etc. I went there with my brother to see about a Chrysler 300 white car and its tires. West Point Tire Co Inc, keep up the good work.

I'm just curious ? Are they racist ? Probably not but they aren't friendly , I would never have my customers awaiting forever just for a question to be answered. I mean I came in the door being friendly I do expect the same in return , by the way I'm a business owner ?

This place saved the day for $10! I had a flat on my polaris ranger on the way to perry florida and they had it fixed in 15 minutes and i was back on the road!

Lazy as heck and unprofessional! I waited 5 mins for him to stop talking to a guy who works there about the type of food they liked. Then I asked if I could get some air and his words were "you can pull in there and help yourself". I just said thank you and went to the tire shop on old west point Rd. The guy did it for free but he still got a ten buck tip because I'm grateful for people like him. I didn't know what my psi was suppose to be so that's why I wanted a professional to do it.
