This Plant is absolutely horrible. most unprofessional place I have ever worked at in 25 years. Pay is pretty okay but you will do nothing but work 70 plus hours a week. A bunch of corrupt and immature 50 plus year old kids that know how to work the system and keep it corrupt. Good luck if you work there.

They very on organized they choose who they want to fire . They have no care for family time for Lil lawn care for employees health fall out and they paramedics have to take you to the hospital and go to a doctor. They point you two points A lot of favoritism going on if you are not snitching, or kissing behind, you would never move.up

The people especially that work on the night shift go in drunk. They don’t care that they’re making car parts for your families. They go into the local gas stations every night before they go in and on their breaks to buy beer before going back to work. I overheard one of them talking about the only way to go into work there is to be drunk. I’d seriously reconsider buying anything they’ve touched.

The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars was the process of checking in 4 gates later .. but I was finally in right gate and then checked in bldg A & out in 47 minutes.

I WOULD NOT WORK FOR THEM !!!!!!!!!! This is a horrible place to work ! I was assigned to plant 2 in Quality . It was absolutely NOTHING TO DO DAILY . Yet they would complain or pick when all you have to do is cleanup and mop one room . The managers are all together . They do not care about their employees . They don’t like people who speak their mind . They sit and make up lies but of course it don’t matter because they all work together . I’ve never seen a job with such poor management but want to be so professional. Another thing you have to wait half a year before you get your pto days but make sure you don’t point out . They don’t care if u was in a head on collision you’re not excused. I met not one person who said they loved there job . Those people are only there for stability. They had us in a building under construction which we were not approved to be. This place is sad and needs to be shut down .
