I have traveled from deep in Mexico, the entire CA coast to Canada ?? and this Independently owned RV park is a gem ?. Covid hurt this park. I love the area. It’s just what I like. This area of Georgia is spectacular. In a beautiful setting of tree lined roads and outdoor areas. The owners are improving the park everyday. This is a great, reasonably priced park for big, self-contained rigs who are self contained. I am on the non-lake side. The sites are spacious, the electrical hookup work perfect for me. The sewer hook up was easy, (have extra hose, I do). The city water hookup was fine. Have a pressure regulator as these parks sometimes can spike. The park has quite a few OTA (Over-the-Air) tv channels that come in well and clear for me. There is no on-site manager at this time, the owner handles everything remotely but it was smooth for me. He is responsive via text and phone and helps quickly. This park is for road warriors. If you need your hand held, this park isn’t for you. I quickly setup and I’m out exploring the beautiful area and will post recent pictures later. Also, my neighbors are great. Decked out huge rigs with Road Warriors. Reviews refer to some neighborhood dogs that bark sometimes. I heard a few what look like excitable St Bernard’s who run a fence line sometimes. I like dogs ?, I said hello to them. I haven’t heard them at night but then again, I’ve been married and can tune out anything ?. I carry ear plugs too.

This was the most disgusting place I've ever seen that calls itself an RV park. Once my electric was tripped twice and found out there was no bathroom cleaning service I decided to leave don't let the pretty website fool you the plac is a pit.

I wish i could give this place zero stars. 1-1/2 foot holes everywhere in our "campsite" if you want to call it that. More like, lets just back people in wherever and call it a campsite. This place is even worse than any picture they have listed online. I had the neighbors dog, leash and all, come visit me while trying to hook up. He was intimidating but friendly. The lake front view is more like a glorified drainage ditch. We ended up booking elsewhere and leaving. The manager told me that he would refund my money and shocker here, still waiting on that refund. Do not stay here.

It looks nothing like the pictures, very sketchy. We are having to move to a different campground. There is trash everywhere, holes in the ground, and overall just a terrible experience

Well, being new to the RV experience I had many questions and concerns. Upon meeting the owner, he gave me a quick rundown to the basic needs and upkeep that would become a routine throughout the week etc. I felt very comfortable with my surroundings and found that everyone was friendly yet reserved which is always a good thing when living in close quarters! I love being out of town, but still able to be anywhere needed in less than 15 mins. The park is pet friendly, with strict guidelines of course and even offers an inclosed dog park for your fur baby! The park owner has advised that if needed, there are grills, tables and chairs to accommodate a BBQ with family or friends. I would recommend this Rv park to any one of my family or friends!!!!

We were actually booking at Coastal RV Park at exit 29 which is super easy. We ended up in this dump late at night having to make a u-turn in a motorbike only to find myself in a dirt field in the dark with dogs barking like they were going to eat me. Beware.

Work's for an overnight stay. Mostly gravel and sand. No amenities to offer as the WIFI was off. Lots of what they call love bugs.

It was nice and quiet on Thursday, Friday and Saturday were awful. There is a race car track like 500 yards from the campground and let me tell you it is LOUD! So if you are coming on a weekend, plan to be away from camp until about midnight. Also a little too pricey for not having any amenities.

Carl was beyond accommodating, very very nice. We had arrived super late at night and regardless of the time helped us with absolutely everything, we were not very familiar on how a lot of it worked but he did not mind at all, beyond nice. We had spot N-03 and could not be happier.

My family and I had a great time. The manager was very hospitable. He brought us fire wood and tiki torches. Definitely recommend georgia coastal rv park.
