My wife has been out of her test strips to test her diabetes blood sugar for more than two weeks and was informed by your pharmacy that they were on backorder and they would call her as soon as they came in ,she called this morning to check and was informed that they have been in since the 5th of Jan, today is the sixteenth, no one called to let her know after they said they would,this is unacceptable service and my wife will be switching pharmacies TODAY!!

I've been using this Walgreens for years.Never had a problem getting my meds on time every month until about 3 or 4 months ago. I am dependant on these meds. It used to be reliable..fill on time. Lately I have had to wait several days to be refilled on the one I need the most..even when I have to call to remind them.cany tell you have stressful this becomes. Do I have to go to CVS?

The pharmacy is nothing like it was when Darcy was there. The very best and caring, professional person I've ever known. She was always doing all she could to help each patient or customer that came to her. She is truly missed wish we had her back. She made sure your regular RXs was there when they came due. Spent time she knew you needed.As with most the one's are there now, just don't have these qualities. Drawing a paycheck. They have improved some. But will never be Darcy. The store itself is ok.Now this problem with the online app is very frustrating. I am pretty much a shut-in and depends on my apps to do my walking for me and shopping. This car pickup is really a godsend for me. Wish I could get online to order what I need. Please correct this problem.Sincerely Kathy GilliamWaynesboro Georgia

Very poor customer service. Called in a medication 30 minutes before arriving and was told it could be filled. Get there and it hasn't been filled yet. Ask the pharmacy tech and she says very rudely that it's too early to fill. The people behind the counter are always very rude when answering the phone or talking to you in person. I've had multiple problems with this pharmacy. USE A DIFFERENT PHARMACY!!!

Waited in the drive-through for 17 minutes at the window. Honked my horn. A lady, pharmacy tech, with dark hair came up and turned off the phone so she couldn't hear me. She looked at me so she knew I was there. She returned to her computer and continued working but had no personatthecounter. Eventually another person came to help me. I may have to move my family's pharmacy to CVS.

Have went to this current location for over a year for the same medication every month it is a different run around with them this month it is five days past my refill day I have the prescription everything is good on my end but they're telling me I can't get my prescription because they don't have it how do you not have the medication that I've been getting from you for over a year five days with no medication I'm terribly pissed when I take my prescriptions somewhere else they tell me that it will take about a week because it needs prior doctor authorization more than likely because I am bringing it to a different pharmacy they don't have it together at all I also must add on the second day I went they told me to check back in a few days when I came back on the fourth day they said they had some come in but they also went back out!!!???

Couple of weeks ago, Me and my mom always gets 3 gallons of milk from here, and this one day the white manager lady, was yelling at one of the employees at the front counter when we were also there, and she told her that "dont you know that milk limit is only 1 or 2 ( she either said 1 or 2) This is unacceptable because you know i been coming here for 6 months grabbing 3 gallons of milk and the employees have not told me a word, Manager needs to be changed, and You should not treat someone based on the color!!

Rude customer service. That's waynesboro for you. I don't know if it was because of my age or my ethnicity. I am a very quiet person so I'm not quite sure why the lady was so disrespectful.
