I have used these guys twice and both times the service and the personnel were great. Today I needed to get a regulator replaced I was in and out in 90 minutes. I will definitely go here if I ever have any problems with my RV.
Thanks guys

Great family business. Fixed a long list of things that needed attention on our Fleetwood Coach. Outstanding communication, done on time and on budget. When we picked up the coach Hunter walked us through all of the work they had done and demonstrated the repairs were successful. We highly recommend them.

We purchased a consignment coach through Reeves Custom Coaches that they posted in RV Trader as "road ready" on Friday before Christmas 2023. We drove 5 hours to get there and upon arrival and asking to see the unit we were told the water filter system canister was broken and we could not test the water and the part would not be in that day. We were also told new batteries were installed at the owners expense but once we got there they hadn't been put in yet and Blaine had to radio a guy to start that process. They finally pulled the unit around and every tire was low on air pressure that we had to ask to fill the tires before we left for the drive back home. The unit was far from road ready. There were two fiberglass cracks at the slide corners that they knew nothing about and when I ask about them Fred said "you can take it to a body shop to have that fixed ". Aren't they a body shop and how are fiberglass cracks sealed from water damage and road ready? The inside smelled of mold and was far from clean and road ready. The black water holding tank was full of waste which was disgusting. Fred disappeared after questioning the fiberglass cracks and left us with two young boys to fill the tires. We ask about the leveling system and was told they worked fine by the two boys filling the tires, we also ask to check the oil which was black and should have been changed for a road ready post. The was no propane in the unit to test the refrigerator or stove/oven or hot water tank. They did not have a key for the coach door and we were told "that's all the keys they had" which was only the Ford motor key. They were closing early for Good Friday and we were very rushed to get out of there. Our mistake, as we should have just said we want to go through it more throughly but they claimed to be family owned and the unit was "road ready". Once we got it home we went through it and finally the water canister came a week later that we could test the water. These are all the issues we had once we could go through the unit:
We had to pay to dump the waste
Hot water thermostat wouldn't shut off and kept heating that it would release through the pressure valve and we needed to replace it
Leveling system blew hydrologic fluid every where and would not go down.
The hydrologic pump bolts were ready to fall out under the coach
Water screen housing was cracked and leaked
Outside shower faucet was cracked and leaked
A fuse relay under the hood was bad and had to be replaced
Bathroom sink faucet leaked and dripped so it needed replaced
Backup camera doesn't work
Water damage on the kitchen floor in front of the sink
Trim was pulling off the wall and buckled in the kitchen
Water damage in the bedroom wall under the window
Fresh water holding tank leaked
Drivers side marker light needed replaced
I reached out to Blaine about the issues once the water canister came and we could test the water system. Her response was "it was a consignment unit and we can't help you ". Reeves posted the unit as a reputable company. DO NOT take their word as it is worth nothing in my opinion. They never offered one ounce of help, never said I'm sorry for the problems, but claim to be a proud family owned company. Customer reviews and word of mouth can make or break a business and this business should be shut down!

Hard to find this place to do some body work on my RV — they are the only shop in the Augusta area who can. But I was not disappointed.

Fabulous service. Artisans at work. Changed out refrigerator in our coach through window removal. Great install and cabinetry revision. Worked in our timeframe and completed as promised. Good find.

In May 2022, I dropped my 5th wheel off to have the passenger's side slide aligned. They kept it for 4 months. When I picked it up, the driver's side slide was out of alignment. They found the adjustment rods to be crossthreaded on the passenger's side so they tack welded both rods instead of performing a complete weld around each rods. The other day I went inside the RV to lower the blinds and I saw light coming in from outside one of the corners of the passenger's side where the repair was made. I will NOT be bringing my RV back to this shop. (See photos)Service: Body & Trim

I purchased breakers because they had 2 types. I was not told that electrical is not returnable at purchase. I will not be back to support a store that doesn’t educate the consumer on policy.Service: Electrical

Have been taking my Newell coach’s to Fred on and off for the last 10 years and have many Motorhome issues dealt with and all work was done with expertise. I had no issues with their work later, Pricing was fair and work done in a timely manner. When its comes to RV’s they pretty much do it all.Services: Exhaust
