THE WORST DEALERSHIP. I’ve never seen such unprofessional people. Buy a brand new car from them and it’ll have dents they’ll tell you for 7 months they are going to fix it, they don’t keep their word on anything. Every GM there is completely worthless I have been given the run around now since August. My brand new car has dents and now they are refusing to fix it.

Terrible. Scammers.
Got a scratch off in the mail. Upon scratching it off, it said we won a truck or any of 3 other prices ($5k Amazon GC, $10k Visa gift card, 2500 in scratch offs). Called to confirm. We had definitely won a price!! Didn’t see anything in the fine print that stood out.
Headed there with my husband. Getting greeted by a bunch of young kids hanging out in the bed of a truck. Like, wth.
Husband walks in and returns with a…..$2 scratch off. While trying to get more information, wanting us to trade in our car, and sign up for some stuff.
Absolutely nothing good about this place. Will spread this around on social media.
Never going back there again. Bait and switch if I’ve ever seen it.

I was nervous about buying after a bad experience but from the second I met Kristy, I could focus on getting exactly what I wanted! She made this process enjoyable! Also, there was zero pressure; she just made sure to listen to what I needed, pointed out options that were what I was looking for, in the end, I had the perfect car! I was dreading this process but Kristy made it fun! Thank you!!!

Much of the time in my experience with car dealerships the part I dislike the most is finding the right salesman. I am so impressed and THANKFUL to have met Jack Petersen!!! I felt heard (which is so important when going into an investment of this magnitude) also, I will be recommending Jack to anyone I know in the market for a dream ride!!! Thank You Jack Petersen, you will be on my Christmas list for years to come!!

I have a 2021 Ford Explorer that the transmission went out in. I called the service department and was told that they could get my car in to look at it. I had to have the vehicle towed to Paul Thigpen Ford in Waynesboro. My car has been sitting there for over 2 months now and when I ask the service advisor I get a generic response every time. I have spoken to the service manager and another manager and received no help. I am being told that they only have one technician. I understand that they may be backed up, but not getting any help is where the problem is. I have just made my 3rd payment on that car and it is still broken down.

With the current state of the world now was not the time for my car to stop working. I've been researching and looking online for the past 3 weeks. I contacted Mizell Ford and was put through to Al. Wow - what a wealth of information and support. He was willing to work with me on my terms to view, test drive and purchase my car. He was so kind, professional and above all treated me with respect. He said his goal was for me to smile during my time at the dealership, leave smiling and smile when I look back on my experience. Needless to say I'm still smiling as I have my new Mustang in my garage, at the price I was looking for. I worked with Brandi on the delivery and she showed me all the new "tech" that goes with my car. Ken in financing was friendly, efficient and quick. He had me do as much online as possible so my time there as short. I arrived at 4:15 and was on the road home by 5:45. I would highly recommend Al and the entire staff at Mizell. While it is a 45 minute drive for me and I pass at least 2 other Ford Dealerships, I will return there for my service.

I recently purchased a used Ford escape from the dealership after having a few issues with the sales manager Gary everything was completely resolved by the service team and Mr. Mizell himself. I worked with Carlton Daniel who was extremely helpful. Although I wouldn't recommend the sales portion of the dealership the service center is TOP NOTCH.

I bought two cars from them no problems from the first sell the second car had a couple problems they said they would fix but they didn't that was fine I went back to see about a trade they couldn't find a reasonable price or down payment witch that was ok two but when I told the sells men sorry I can't put that much down he completely ignored me didn't want to shake my hand he turned back to his computer and acted like I wasn't there!!!! I will never come back

Sale department was great but service department was no help at all went to get my rotors trun a sample job they asking for 450.00-500.00 to do breaks and new rotors on my truck and the only thing I ask for its needs to be trun not a break job really bad service department it needs to be work on bad

After several emails about a specific Certified PreOwned truck I decided to make the hour drive to the dealer to try to work out a fair price. Instead of letting the customer know (or me specifically) that this certified truck has thousands of dollars of body damage, and who knows what is unseen, I arrive to see it for myself. Very disappointing. William Mizzell has taught me to first ask "tell me everything that is wrong with it before I come". They have guaranteed that they will NEVER have my business.

Had a works oil change done in a timely manner. Nice folks. Anything to avoid The Ford dealer in Augusta. Its the worst.

Salesperson was not knowledgeable of product being sold. After I made a written offer, immediately another "customer" was brought out to look at the vehicle. Coincidence ? Salesperson was unwilling to negotiate. Not recommended.

Took a few days to get my car in for servicing, pretty busy before the holiday. Took my Ford Fusion in for an oil change and tire rotation. Service met expectation and in a reasonable amount of time. The service department is pretty good. I always go to this Ford dealer for car and truck service. Okay they really do read the surveys. I completed a survey and mentioned that there was no rent a car available. Earl called me personally to explain that if I give them a day or two notice that I will be needing a rent a car they will have one for me. Great Job Earl....you are making Mr. Mizell look really good. Thanks again.
