“Miller rebuilt my transmission at around 120k miles. Less than 20k miles later it needed to be repaired again, which to be fair, they did under warranty. Now at 150k miles my transmission is again throwing errors.
Eta: Miller reached out to me and offered to have a look, even though it's out of warranty. After a good bit of sleuthing he was able to figure out the problem, which was a defective part.
The initial rebuild was in 2021 and from my understanding many parts that were sent out in this time period were just.. Not quite right. Many kudos to Mike for being willing to make it right.”
“Great service! This shop got me right in with no wait when I had motor oil leaking heavily from my engine (a different mechanic in Athens incorrectly installed the oil filter the previous day). The techs at Southern Auto trouble shot the issue and properly installed a new oil filter, topped off the missing oil and had me on my way in no time. I will visit them for (hopefully scheduled) service again.”

“I called 30 minutes before closing in urgent need of a new tire while traveling. They dis not hesitate to say “come on in”. When I got there they could not have been nicer and they were 100% honest about what to do. I wasnt sure if I needed to replace all 4 tires (since it’s AWD). They didnt try at all to over sell me. If I lived in Waynesboro this would be the only tire shop I would go to!”
“I have used these guys twice and both times the service and the personnel were great. Today I needed to get a regulator replaced I was in and out in 90 minutes. I will definitely go here if I ever have any problems with my RV.

“I wanna thank the woman behind the service desk Teresa Mumford. Yall this woman did an amazing job getting my issues resolved. First I had a recall on my truck and one of the techs had not repaired one of my doors correctly after they put everything back together. And in the process, they scratched the tint on my driver and passenger windows. So I called Teresa on a Friday on her day off and said I make sure you are taken care of and it was just that.
