Customer service needs help. Was told upon entering at 7:30 we can't activate phones we close at 8, I stated no problem. After finding the phone I wanted, I was informed that there would be a $35 fee for transferring and activating the phone. I told the lady yall aren't doing anything cause yall close at 8. Remember? And apparently, the cellular package you have dictates the worth of your phone. Website said S21 ultra worth $800, was told at store its only worth $400 and then told $200 because of a tiny nick in the screen...

These sweet souls are the BEST! They were welcoming and very patient. We live in Douglas but drive to Waycross for our Verizon needs. It's definitely worth the time and the drive.

Verizon is awesome, but the experience at this store is downright horrible. The sales experience was not experienced.I ordered a Samsung Go Book; it was shipped with a broken seal and was obviously used. Which isn't a big deal at all; mistakes happen. I chose to return the device to the store for a different device. As soon as I walked into this Verizon store with a big box, I was immediately looked at oddly by two female sales associates. And oddly assisted by one of the female associates behind the counter. I told her I wanted to return the device. She told me it would be a $50 fee. The fee was not an issue. I told her I drove 35 miles from Douglas, GA. And I could've been told about the fee. No big deal; I told her I needed to go get cash.I also informed her that I needed a new device. I specifically wanted a Microsoft Surface, but I was willing to settle for the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9+ or an IPAD. She continued to say she didn't have any other devices or computers. I said, "OK, I'll call them".I walked out and contacted Verizon SD inside the Waycross Verizon parking lot. In 20 minutes, I was sent a return label and offered a new device that fits my business needs.And they set up in-store pickup.At this same store, which didn't have any Microsoft tablets but many tablets of different brands,The device was ready for pickup in less than 2 hours.I walked in again and was oddly told my order was not in the system. I showed her the email. She went to the back and got the order.I desperately needed to walk out of that store with an on-the-go tablet or PC device. The male associates were active and busy; the female associates were on their phones and very selective of the sales.

The worst Verizon store in Ga! Nobody speaks when you walk in.. I was asking somebody about a upgrade and they told me why would I want a upgrade, They all do the same thing and they all the same phone. So I had to drive a hour and a half away to Hinesville ga and they was sweet as they can be

Been having trouble for weeks with my phone being stuck in SOS I first went to Kingsland no help then I went to Waycross. Vanda knew exactly what to do and it was working again in about 10 mins. She was very kind and helpful.

I actually am Comsumer Cellular customer. But, I some questions regarding some questionable notifications I had received. The young man looked at them explained who they were from, he than fixed this problem. I was really appreciated his knowledge and help.
