I have 4 dogs and 2 cats so I take my veterinarian pretty seriously. I took one of my dogs a few months back and I’m convinced she lived due to Dr. Gibson. I am grateful for that. Here’s where it all turned for me. We took my other dog to them for a food allergy and to have his annual. Last time I took my dog, we were given updates on pricing as we went for services needing to be done. This time, it was not the case. To our surprise, we get to the counter and are told our total is $960. I told them for future reference, they should let someone know they are about to drop 1k on a vet bill that should’ve been probably $600 max. An attitude was shared with the response of “that’s actually your responsibility.” I work in the animal industry and would NEVER do someone like this. Not to mention- they bathed my dog and did his nails and charged me for it without my permission. I could’ve done that myself! We are very disappointed with the services and the attitude we received. I hope they do better with communication and are happy they just lost 6 potential dogs/cats coming to them.

Dr. Gibsons office only cares about the money and not the animals. They wouldn't help my dying cat, wanted $400 just to see him. Thanks for letting my cat die. He died by the time I got him to a better vets office that's not in it just for the money!!

I have since changed vets because they have began to charge for things not being seen for.

Gibson Animal Clinic is the BEST. They definitely make me feel that they genuinely care about all our dogs that we bring in, go above and beyond to make sure they're well looked after and comfortable, answered all my dozens of questions so patiently, honestly I could go on forever. The front desk is so sweet and Dr. Gibson is awesome, up front, and understanding. Plus, sitting in the waiting room I get to say hi to all the dogs as they go by! Could not recommend them more highly! 10/10

The prices aren’t bad. The Dr is abrasive but means well. But they’ll do everything to you pretty even if you tell them no thank you, I just wanted updated shots and flea dip/ pill… they cut his hair nails cleaned teeth and ears…. Even though I said no AND STILL CHARGED ME for services I asked them NOT to do

Dr. Gibson was very patient and understanding. I had to put down my dog of 17 yrs. It was time. Receptionist I talked to and technician was nice. When I returned to the counter, after putting her down, I paid $230.00 dollars and asked to use the bathroom. She denied me access. I explained I am a disabled Veteran and cancer survivor. She said that they do not have a public restroom. I asked her if she knew about "Allys Law" which is covered by the American Disability Act. Dr. Gibson appears to have a lucrative Animal clinic. His facility needs to be updated to accommodate his clients and customers who are well or limited.

We've been taking our Mikey to Dr.Gibson from a young pup. Recently, Mikey got ran over by a car and Dr.Gibson took extreme care of Mikey. We thought we were gonna lose him and we were terrified.I just want to say I highly recommend Dr.Gibson because he honestly cares about your pets and talks with you to make sure you understand everything. The young ladies in the front are also very nice and caring as well.Thank you Dr.Gibson for being such a great doctor for the needs of our Mikey. We appreciate you much. ❤️❤️

I called to make an appointment because my dog was sick and the first thing she said was “you need to put down a $400 deposit to cover costs” she didn’t ask what was wrong with my dog only money. I asked what is the price range for a wellness visit but she could not tell me if it would surpass the $400 or be less. These people are money hungry STAY AWAY!!!!!
