“We have a 20 year freezer bought from Badcocks and it's still working.We called Josey, who hasalways been our go too pwrson and bought a new dryer a couple of weeks ago. Next day, a vent cover came off, Badcocks had someone over that day.Today, around 1:30, we bought a new washer but the techs attached the refuse water hose to the wrong place. They were here in 20 minutes, diagnosed the issue and fixed it instantly. I'll always buy from them. A big shout out to the store manager Lance, who came right iver and fixed it. Thanks Badcocks!”

Can’t wait to get it!!Related that I purchased my mattress from this store 2 yrs ago and I wasn’t happy with it because it has a dip in the middle from letting it up and down. I have to slide and turn it around every 2 wks or so that I don’t notice it when I sleep. Your rep explained to me my mattress warranty policy of 10 yrs and said I could file a claim for a replacement because this should not be happening. The rep wrote down the directions with web site and told me how to file a claim, also, printed a copy of my receipt when I purchased it so I would not have to go home and search for it. Very helpful and much appreciated.,”
