Took my GMC Yukon Denali in last week because the telescopic steering wheel stopped working. My contact person was Tristen. I dropped it off on Tuesday and picked it up “fixed” Friday at closing time. During the entire stay I never received a call from Tristen and any conversation that took place was initiated by me! The tracking they send you when it is being worked on was never updated beyond being checked in. When we arrived to pick it up I have never been treated more rudely by anyone in my life. He (Tristen) even insinuated that I was a liar. The only reason I even knew it was going to be fixed that day is because another party who works there told me! Guess what…it stopped working on again on Monday! What a surprise!! I will be taking my business elsewhere…

Walker Jones has disappointed me 100% on their Cadillac service center. They has $1,735.00 of my money. They didn't fix my 00 cadillac dts they is displaying it is in drive on the instrument cluster. Had me pay for an ECM computer. One their mechanics said could fix it saying that charge people entirely to much money in parts and labor in which a neutral safety switch in the transmission. He wasted my money and time. So I took it to Walker Jones Cadillac service to fix. They had car the first time for passed a week. The day I picked up the car was doing the same thing after driving it for less than half a hour. Took it back the same day and been there since 3 or 4th of May. They been given me the run around since. They have my money and have given every excuse in the book. This pass Wednesday 3 June they told me Friday, Saturday in which is 5 & 6 day of June. Car still sat after went by to check they were lying. They opened but didn't touch my car. So yes I don't recommend no one to take their car to Walker Jones.

Toby Eason Service Mgr. and Service writer Christian were able to get me the services I needed today on short notice. Service Tech Jim listened to my concerns about my truck and was able to help with my issues. The overall experience was awesome.

The salesman was great. I spoke with him on the phone about a trade in and he asked if I would give him the opportunity to earn my business, so I did and I don’t regret it. They did a great job at getting me a good deal on the truck I wanted and never tried to sell me something I wasn’t interested in.
