There was a new lady who asked Ben for help and he ignored her. We waited 10 minutes before everyone else came to help her out! No one forced you to work Ben! Your attitude was definitely noticed.... I pray Ben's attitude doesn't stop you from shining ma am. You were awesome... 50 stars for you!!

Had tires rotation and balance for tires bought there. Auto employees were very nice and attentive. I believe the team there has raised the standard. Vast improvement. Carry on. ?
