My family and I rented a climate controlled unit and it was very nice and it had a very fresh smell. The property is monitored 24/7 and well secured. The property manager is very friendly and made my family feel very welcomed and confident in the quality of space we rented. WE 10 out of 10 recommend this place of business!

I’ve rented a climate controlled unit for the past two years and it’s been a positive experience the entire time! The facility is neat, clean and easy to access. When we cleaned out the contents it had less dust on the furniture than my house! I will refer anyone who needs a storage unit to them!

I absolutely love this storage and trust wholeheartedly that my things are always safe. It's always so clean inside and out (I have a climate controlled that is inside is why I said inside) PLUS they are the sweetest, kindest people who are always so nice ?️ love it❣️

We rented a storage unit for 3 days and were told we would get half our money back because we didn't have the unit but 3 days and the owner was very rude and refused our money back and refused our calls

Such a wonderful experience renting a unit from Mr. Bennett. The units are secure, clean, spacious, and reasonably priced. Mr. Bennett was such a pleasure to work with and was flexible and considerate when it came to moving in and out. Will most certainly use Albany Ave. Self Storage for any of my future storage needs

I like the convenience of their storage rooms the gate always opens in just enough time however there if you're toting a trailer behind your vehicle it there's not enough room for the vehicle and the trailer do not be in the road
