Went in for a fast travel check-two extra issues that needed attention were taken care of, and I was able to make it to an important business destination appointment (4hrs away!) on time. Am grateful for dedicated staff, and friendly trustworthy professionals!

Excelent service.
Brought my car due to it shaking and rattling when slowing down at a certain speed.
They rode the car with me to actually feel what I felt and I replicated the issue and they knew exactly what needed to be done.
The issue was the taken care off and all is well.
Will definitely come back next time I need work done on my car.

It’s so hard to find a reputable and especially great mechanic these days. I do some mechanic work myself to save money but when I met these guys and talked to them I was very surprised at how on top of everything they were and how pleased I was with the repairs. Jeremy is great! He let me know if issues I wasn’t aware of and the cost is very reasonable. They are the reason my truck is still on the road today. Thanks Watkinsville Service Center!

I submitted my car for two issues to get fixed, was called the following day that my car was fixed, then when I arrived I learned they never actually worked on my car and, while I was there waiting for an hour to pick up my car, they ran tests on it and claimed they worked on it. I left it for a following day for one of the two repairs I needed (a simple piece needed to be replaced), which they said they would have fixed by the end of the day. I never got a call saying my car was fixed and when I called them, it turns out they again forgot to work on my car and claimed they could have it fixed by 5:30pm, when they close, so I wouldn’t be able to properly check my car out. So my car stayed at the shop for three days for a small repair that they could have done in a few hours. Then, they charged me $150 for service on a $20 piece that took 15 minutes to replace. I’ve been very vocal about how I’ve had great service at the Watkinsville Service Center but I’ve never been treated so poorly at an automotive shop as I had been during this visit that I will definitely not be returning.
