I visited the Verizon in the Publix shopping center of Watkinsville and Sherman was extremely helpful! He made everything simple and easy and even helped others with issues at the same time quickly! I’m very happy with the service at this location!

Sherman at the Verizon Watkinsville location is absolutely amazing. Haven’t seen this level of customer service in quite some time. Came to help get my parents set up and he assisted with lowering their bill, getting them more data coverage and setting them up on auto renew. This guy was awesome. My parents are older and felt totally comfortable with him. He even went out of his way to help me and my sister with our issues as well. We were very impressed with his kindness and professionalism. Sherman is an asset to Verizon for sure.

Tanner had so many people in the store at once and somehow was able to acknowledge everyone who walked in the door AND was able to get to everyone in a timely manner. He made upgrading my phone easy, even spoke with my husband and explained to him as well. Won’t go to another other Verizon place but here! Thanks so much!!!

I visited this Verizon store in Watkinsville, GA today to transfer everything from my old phone to a new phone. I was helped by Tanner. He was great!! All went very well and the transfer was done seamlessly. He was very patient with my questions and I appreciated the helpful suggestions he gave me on using my new phone.
