I recently used the UPS Store in Watkinsville, GA for their Print Services offered. Ellen made it a great experience! Fast too! I had an urgent need to get some Marketing Sheets done and Elllen was super helpful with the ordering process on their website. I was having trouble with the website and selecting the weight/thickness of paper I needed for my work and she was able to help me get it done. The entire staff is very friendly, and always willing to step right up to the counter and assist. Highly recommend this store and all the services offered!! I will continue to give them my business.

The girl at the counter was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the service! I will continue bringing my shipping products to this location! I was very pleased and enjoyed my experience here! I wish I remembered her name! She went above and beyond! I went on 9/25 at 6:25 pm! ??

Came to ship a broken rifle stock out for warranty, which does not require any special licensing to ship, and was told "we do not have a license to ship this." A wooden rifle stock does not require an FFL to ship and is allowed per UPS. Not happy and will not be using this location any longer.

I ship quite frequently and have always had great experiences at the UPS location. Recently I had a logistical issue that Noah worked very diligently on and successfully resolved the issue. Highly recommend this location for your shipping needs!!-Bethany Owens

Can’t say enough great things about this store! I had a “rush” project and Coleman and Bella handled it perfectly! Not only did they expedite it but they did a fantastic job! From Amazon returns to shipping/office needs, this is my go to!

I love this store and the employees and all they do. I rarely have to wait very long and am able to do packages and printing so easily. It’s also so reasonably priced for printing. Tonight I needed something printed and cut at the last minute and Drew was kind, helpful, organized, respectful, encouraging and totally made my night. He went above and beyond to help me with something that I needed right before they were closing. I’d give ten stars if I could. Thanks so much!

This place was awesome, the staff was super friendly, they helped me every step of the way with Shipping my Poshmark orders, when the Madison USPS wouldn't help me. I will highly recommend this store. Great job guys !

04/06/2022 @ 5:00 PM:Walked into the Butler's Crossing UPS Store location and there were two employees on their cell phones who looked annoyed at being interrupted. No greeting or pleasantries. Younger kid in blue shirt got off his phone to get behind the counter. Older employee in the black shirt just stayed where he was and stayed on his phone with a bored look on his face.I explained that I was shipping holsters that I had made for a law enforcement agency (no firearms, ammunition, firearms parts, etc.). The employee told me that they couldn't take ANY firearms accessories of any kind, even though holsters were just made out of plastic and were completely inert. Younger employee cited a corporate policy that they can't handle anything even related to firearms. Older employee in the black shirt just smirked and stayed on his phone looking bored. I already know this is untrue because I ship through UPS regularly, just not from this location.Younger kid in blue shirt recommended that I go to the UPS hub in Bogart, which is 15 minutes away. Honestly, it seemed like both employees were happy to stay on their phones and weren't really interested in doing work.After leaving, I called the UPS Store on Epps Bridge Road, which was between my location and the depot in Bogart. I explained my situation to the employees by phone and they assured me that they could ship holsters or accessories. They said they'd be waiting on me. On arrival at that store, there were approximately 10 employees working at a fast pace and moving a bunch of customers through quickly. When I entered with the boxes, I was greeted and a young lady asked "Are you the guy with the holsters? We've been waiting for you." The Epps Bridge staff were all polite, professional, eager to do business, and happily shipped the same items with full knowledge of what they were. They confirmed that they can take any firearms accessory as long as there is no ammo, firearms parts, or firearms. I spent about $300 at that location and was in and out in 5 minutes with all the goods professionally packed. They even ran after me when I forgot my original plastic bins inside the store.The service at the Butler's Crossing location has been horrible for years, but I usually forget how poorly this location is run until I make an infrequent visit and am reminded. I've literally never had a positive experience there.

On Wednesday January 20, 2021, around 10:00 am, my mom went to this location to overnight important medical information. The employee behind the counter was not wearing a mask. My mom, who was in her mask, did not notice until she got up to the counter. She commented, “I noticed you aren’t wearing a mask.” The employee snapped at her, “They told us we don’t have to.” My mom paid for overnight shipping and although it was supposed to arrive Thursday by 10:30 am, it didn’t arrive until Friday, delaying my mom’s ability to make her doctor appointment. Turns out this ups store didn’t even create the label until Wednesday night. I am extremely upset about the customer service, or lack thereof, given to my mom.
