I switched to this bank from one of the bigger national brands. I am so glad I did. Everyone at this location has been so easy to work with. I dealt with Mandy before and now Nick and both have been so professional, helpful, and prompt. Customer service is a priority here.

The location itself is great. The staff is very friendly and completes my transaction in a timely manner. The only problem I have is with the directions to get there. Google makes you turn right on Mars Hill Rd instead of left which was confusing the first time visiting this location.

This is the best group of people you could ask to bank with. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. They have a great selection of products to fill any banking needs.

I use the ATM at this location from time to time. I pay the ATM service fee every time I use it. Well, I went inside the lobby today and asked to exchange my 20's for $100 bill's and was told, no! The lady said that unless I had an account with them they couldn't help me. What kind of bank doesn't want to be a bank especially with the name United Community Bank??????The lady had no customer service ability, whatsoever! She was older and just stone faced and not apologetic at all.
