“Today is 10/30/2023. My car would not start.?I am 65 year old teacher so what do I do I call Mike Reilly at Tire Discounters in Watkinsville, Ga?I have been going to this tire place for 15 years. I have known lots of manager in that store and the one in Athens. Mike is the best manager I have ever worked with. Professional, well mannered, hard working they were short staff he was in the back putting on a set of tires. That to me is very amazing! ?? He fixed my car and reminded me to start thinking about getting new tires. My tires are very expensive but I trust Mike. I am a farm girl also so I know about cars. My car is only running because of Mike. I also love love the signs they put up! My friends and I are always talking about them because we all drive by daily going to school”

“I had a tire going flat and was in need of a replacement. I pulled in and the guys there were quick to get my tire changed out with a great used tire at a great price. It doesn't stop there. They noticed that I had an issue with my other tire and recommended that I rotate the one tire to the back. They did all that for me. A few days later, I had another blow out and was very close to their shop. I called them and they informed me they were about to close, but told me to come on in and they'd take care of me. I was able to just make it to the shop with the flat, and again they got me a suitable used tire at an affordable price. The people here care about their customers.They provide above quality service at prices that are affordable for all budgets. But price and money shouldn't be the thing you know about this place. It is how they treat people. The guys here are friendly and professional. They know their stuff and they will assist you and educate you on what you need. They are an asset to the community and I highly recommend them for your car and tire needs.”

“I am so thankful for having stopped at D10 Tires and meeting Steven. I was told by another local tire dealer that I would need new tires "soon; within the month". I was opting for used tires to bridge a gap. I was impressed with the Google reviews for D10 and was in the neighborhood so I peeked in to see what I could learn. I was told I had struts that were leaking and Jake said to bring it in to verify that was the case. After scheduling an appointment we dropped my wife's car off and he said it would take about a day. Jake called me to let me know that he was running into a slight problem and it would take just a little longer than expected. When I went to pick it up he explained exactly why it took longer but that did not change the quote I was given originally. “My car broke down near their shop. It was after 5:00 pm and they were about to close. They still came out to look under my hood and told me what they thought it might be. They went ahead and gathered my information and even waited with me until my ride arrived! They fixed my car the next day! I wasn’t even without my car for 24 hours! “My information center indicated LOW TIRE PRESSURE. Yesterday, I had the 2nd service completed on our Honda that included rotating and balancing the tires. I was not near the dealership and was on the way to 2 important medical appointments. I didn’t know if a tire was actually low or going flat soon. I pulled into ONE STOP across from our first appointment and asked for help. A very kind gentleman checked all tire pressures. They were OK. Next, he checked the settings on my screen for Tire Pressure Monitoring System and recalibrated the sensors. This solved the problem and the warning indicator turned off and I was able to proceed to our appointments.All at no cost. I am very grateful and recommend their services.”

“Great Experience!!!! my daughter attends University of Georgia and she had car trouble where it had to be towed, I picked out Francisco’s place since it is very close to UGA and I don’t regret it, he worked with us to received the car and he did warned me that they were very busy and that it would be two days before they could get to it. At the end it turned out to be a dirty air sensor that they were able to clean and get the car back on the road. My daughter picked the car up and it’s been running good since (that was 4 weeks ago) and the price was very reasonable. I am glad I found Francisco’s shop, I feel like it’s a place I can trust, especially when you can’t be there and you have to do things over the phone”
