“Employee turnover is expected in this day and age; however, I hope this UPS store retains the young lady, Haley B, who helped me today. I showed up with a plethora of Amazon returns both with QR codes and labels I had to produce with multiple boxes. The store was busy and had 3 customers before me and 4 in line when I was leaving. She was focused, absolutely on point helping me, and never became flustered or rude despite the fact that the air conditioning was on the fritz and it must have been ~85degrees. A++
And to note, I have had nothing but neutral or positive experiences at this store. Doesn't hurt to be a courteous customer.”

“I came into UPS to print on a Saturday. This was not my first time at this location. Never had any issues with the staff until then. It was just two staff this time. One was very nice the whole time. Now I was also nice.paid for what I was expected to get until it was time to print. One of the staff members could not get my stuff to print. 2 designs on one sheet it being a two 4x6 25sheets on cadstock. They have an old system and only 1 computer that the staff has to use. That is fine but if your system is the issue and doesn't print after me being there for an hour and almost 30mins. Why on earth would you tell me I have to pay more to have 1 4x6 design on 1 sheet of paper. That is a system issue not pertaining to the customer. I told the staff member to call their manager as I have had this issue happen before and the staff without the manager fixed the issue. This time the staff member was very reluctant of me having to pay double of what I had already paid for. Once they called the manager in the back. They didn't verbal speak to me anymore as I guess they were upset. I politely said thank you anyway because I am a small business owner and love to come to this location. They didn't address my thank you nor said thank you but replied with silence. I was very upset as I had already been here for an hour in a half. I plan on coming here again as I said this is not my first time coming here but was very upset. Thank you to whoever the staff member called. As I was happy to get what I paid for. After the long wait. Please teach your staff how to use the color printer if the system doesn't allow it to print. Seems like a lot of them don't know what to do in this situation (not the first time printing on cardstock happened like this before for me but I wasn't upset those other times as the other staff members have been super nice about the color copy printer going slow for them) thank you and I am still a continued customer.”

“Damn! This guy is good! Pinnacle of customer service. He was super-helpful over the phone. He was also super-helpful in person. He walked me through my exchange and label printing. I'm glad this location opened up. It's closer to where we live. I wish I would have remembered his name so I could put it here and credit him properly. I suck at remembering names. I'm assuming it is the same guy mentioned in the other review.”

“I was greeted with a warm friendly welcome . All 3 employees displayed outstanding customer service . This was my first experience with FedEx since my usual shipping companies are closed Sundays . This will be my go to from here on out . I Highly recommend keeping these fellas apart of the Fedex team . Thanks again!”
