Why can't they get automatic refills done?? A couple of ours they will refill automatically, others they never will. We have asked them multiple times to put them all on auto refill, they say they do, it never is. Others I specifically ask NOT to refill and they still do. My husband has also asked them to sync his so they refill at the same time, but they never do it even when they tell him it's been done. We switched to Publix years ago because a couple of meds we used were free there, but not anymore. So I'm seriously considering changing to a place that can actually refill prescriptions without us having to remind them!

Pharmacist refused to fill Providers prescription because she thought she knew the patients condition better than I did even without knowing the patients condition. Hope she doesn’t make a fatal mistake for one of you in the future.

This Publix is very nice, most times the employees are helpful and friendly. My only complaint is that when you order a Publix sub from the app, the employees there seem not to care about how it looks since you're not there watching. So you'll get a deconstructed sub that's almost impossible to eat... I just recommend going in person if you have extra time on your hands so they make it well, very upsetting because you shouldn't have to do that, they should just make it correctly no matter how you order it.

Here I am at Publix again. Still my favorite store. I do like Kroger, I think they have better deals and better prices. But Publix is almost walking distance from my house and the Kroger is almost 10 miles away. So I go to Publix. I had to run up to get some of my prescriptions. I like their pharmacy, they're always so nice to me and believe it or not of all the people that come in there they always remember my name. I guess I take too many drugs. They had a whole lot of BOGO's this week, really good ones this time. So I walked around and picked up a lot of things that I didn't come for ubut I thought I might like to eat them. I even stopped by the deli and got me a few chicken wings. I was craving them this morning but my favorite wing restaurant, which is actually a Chinese joint next-door, is closed on Monday. I haven't tried the wings at Publix yet so I hope I like them. They had breaded and fried but I wanted the unbreaded ones. Unfortunately the unbreaded ones are what she called hot and spicy. I hope I like them., I do like hot and spicy but only if it's a little bit spicy , not a whole lot of hot and spicy. I go to a local wing joint sometimes., a national one that you probably know the name of, and I order the wimpy wings. They're ok but not my favorite. My daughter makes fun of me for ordering the wimpy wings because she likes the super hot stuff. Anyway, the people at Publix are always so nice and I enjoy shopping there.

Great location. I work next door so it's extremely convenient and meets all my needs. As of the past year I've been getting all of my custom cakes made at their bakery and they do a phenomenal job, highly recommend!

I was in Publix today and couldn't find any bottles of Coffee Mate Zero Sugar Peppermint Mocha Creamer in the case. I asked one of the employees, Anthony, if they had anymore in the back. Anthony said let me check. Then a few moments later, here comes Anthony with 6 bottles. I brought 3 bottles home with me. Mr. Jenkins saw your amazing Customer Service, today! Thank you, Anthony!! I know it's hard being understaffed but you are doing a great job!

Everyone is so pleasant and kind when we have to get prescription meds or ask questions about over the counter meds.

I’ve had nothing but problems since I switched to this pharmacy. My first issue was that they couldn’t seem to give me the correct medication. It took several phone calls to them and my doctor for them to finally get it right.
Fast forward 3 months later when I need said prescription refilled... they texted me twice In the last week to let me know that my refill was ready, I went to pick it up, and it wasn’t ready. ? I asked if I could wait for it to be filled and the tech told me they actually only had enough in stock to refill 2 months worth of my prescription (instead of the normal 3 months). Annoying, but okay. I then sat there for 15 minutes before the tech came back and said they actually didn’t have my prescription in stock at all and tried to give me a different medication instead??? Absolutely not. I am getting my prescription moved to a different pharmacy ASAP.

I understand pharmacies get busy, but when you drop off a prescription and are told if you wait it will be 20-25 minutes, maybe the pharmacists should fill some of the waiting customers scripts. An hours wait. This is not my regular pharmacy and never will be.

Not only have I been waiting since 3pm for my prescription to be filled, and it’s now 4pm People whose came in after mine, are being helped and filled. I’ve gotten glares from one of the women who works behind the desk, and all I need is. What happened to “maybe a 30 minute wait”. Absolutely disgusted in public’s service. And will be switching to another pharmacy.

Idk if these people giving great reviews have ever been to an actual Publix. I worked at Publix and I know what Publix is all about and this location does not represent. To be specific this easily has to be the worst deli department in Publix history. Every clerk has an attitude and none of them know how to make a sandwich. Terrible.

Spoke with the pharmacy on the phone today to get a script filled in a rush. The lady I spoke with was so nice! We will be transferring all of our prescriptions to them.
