Had the similar experience like other reviews. The receptionist was super rude and not helpful. They don't take appointments and walk-ins. Just asked us to come back when they're less busy

I have had the WORST experience with very POOR customer service from “Becky” at this office.

Waited for over 3 hours to get immunization shots. A lot of people that arrived later was helped before me. The website says that they open until 7pm, but they stopped seeing patients at 4pm. Terrible service!
