Not sure if the person working there is mentally challenged or he hates his job but I get unpleasant service here. Dude is in his 40s/50s with a beard. Might as well take things to the dump if this is the service they offer...

It's nice to have a goodwill donation center near where I live, even though the store is farther away. I've dropped off things a couple of times and the staff were friendly. The only issues I have with the donation center is due to the location itself, which is obviously not the fault of the staff. Because it is in a shopping strip, it is between two businesses, so no drive through where someone can easily come out and help take your things. Having to park and carry stuff just adds some inconvenience especially when I have more than one box. Not very handicapped friendly. One time I did have my friend stop in front of the store so I could quickly pull everything out of the car onto the sidewalk so she could go park and I could pull stuff into the center. I hope this helps with others planning to stop by.

Wouldn't let me buy something they had on the shelf because they didn't put a price on it. I wanted it for a Christmas gift and nobody would sell it to me.

This is a drop-off location only. It is an attended location with one or two people that will roll a cart out to the curb to meet you and collect everything that you bring. You can't beat how fast and easy it is to drop stuff off here versus other locations. The attendants have always been nice and professional when I have dealt with them.
