Posting this under my son's account but, just make sure you know how much you are paying when you schedule appt. Online prices are way less than what is actually charged. I understand if you have long hair and they need to add to the listed price but it was supposed to be $180-$200 and when I checked out it was over $300. She barely cut my hair and actually and I had to go to another salon a week later and get my hair cut. Just not what I expected especially with their prices.

I’ve been having my hair done at Flawless for more than 6 years. In that time I’ve had a handful of other places cut/color my hair and every time the experience had me appreciate Flawless Finish all the more. From ownership, atmosphere, hairdressers, and anything in between… I cherish this place!!

The hair color was fine . Not exactly what I asked for but it was okay. My review is because it said partial highlights were 80 and when I went to pay they charge me 140 which is a big increase. I asked why the up charge and she said toner and something else which was not mentioned in the booking or at the time of adding it to my bill that there was an additional fee. I don’t like sneaky business practices.UPDATE: the owner called me five times back to back. As I stated in my email and again in a follow up email I would like all correspondence in writing. While I understand her response to me , no where on her website , during my visit or anywhere in the booking agreement or details does it mention a la carte pricing or additional fees may apply. So again as I stated in my first response and my email this seems like deceptive business practices.

Just had a hair appointment with Erin. She's amazing!!! She was a pleasure to talk to and her work was great. I'm very happy with my results and will be back for a follow up appointment in September. Just found my new stylist and their prices are very reasonable.

Before in the red sweater and after in the gray sweater. I booked an appointment with one of their senior stylists to blend my grown out bangs and trim my hair after not seeing a stylist for a year! Leslie did a great job. She listened and answered all my questions. My hair looks great and she made it look effortless!

Lauren has been my wife’s stylist for a decade and she started cutting my hair a couple of years ago. It’s always a pleasure to see her and she is a natural people-person. Her salon is clean and comfortable, and I felt right at home from my first visit. She puts time and attention into each visit, and I’ve never left with a bad haircut.Service: Haircut
