I just switched from Allstate to Statefarm literally minutes ago. I have been with Allstate for years solo and years before under my parents' account. I am a very loyal customer but Allstate did not value me at all. They raised my insurance from 220 to 540 without any good reasoning. I have a near perfect driving record and warranties on the car bumper to bumper extended for years out. Good thing I called Allstate to get a quote. Ian was very helpful, and I actually felt he cared about my situation. My insurance dropped almost 400 dollars from 540 to 150. I am overly happy with Statefarm and their employees. Thank you and you have a Loyal Customer moving forward!
