This store was never overly clean but its just filthy now. There are dead leaves, trash, used bandaids and other debris all over the store. It is obvious the store hasn't been cleaned in months as some of the debris/trash is the same. The mailbox outside the store literally has mail falling out of it. Customer Service Support line weeks ago and still nothing has been done. CVS Corp. and local management don't seem to care. Though we like the pharmacy we will be switching as its just too dirty of a store - pharmacy area included.

My recent experience was great. I was on my lunch and only had a small amount of time. The cashier who checked me out even found $$ on my card that I didn’t realize I had. Saved me about $12

There were some hiccups between the time when state of georgia started using caremark pharmacy and then covid ... volume of business issues. Overall, I'm pleased with the Pharmacy and the store in general.

Dropped into CVS to pick up some packing tape so I could return some shoes that I bought online. I don’t know why I even tried to buy shoes online, they really fit. Shoes and bras are something that I need to try on in the store. I had already been to the other drugstore across the street but they were not open yet. I found that very annoying although I probably should not have. 9 AM is a perfectly normal time for a drug store to open. I was just being a grump.I thought it first at CVS did not have packing tape tape because I could not find it.Not one of the signs over the isles said anything about mailing supplies or tape. I finally found it on the back wall, I was pretty surprised to find out how much it cost there. They had a single row of about 50 yards and it was $10.43. Right next to it was a package of three rolls that totaled about 163 yards, triple what the single roll cost. It was $14 and change. Obviously I bought that one.I’m sure I will use it. I am not blaming CVS for the price on the tape as everything has gone up considerably. I have always bought my tape from a big box discount store got four rolls for $7.49. I can’t believe it’s twice the price now for only three rolls. But I had to buy it because I had tape up a package so I could return some shoes to JCPenney. I ordered white Reeboks but the ones they sent we’re not wide. Now that I’m older my feet are wider and regular size Reeboks are uncomfortable. I’m sure you don’t give a hoot about my feet though; we are talking about CVS drugstore.CVS has almost everything you could need as far as personal care items, and all the stuff that a drugstore usually has. I have always liked the one across the street but since they inconvenienced me by not being open when I got there (ha, ha); maybe I’ll just start going to CVS all the time.

Every time, I come here, I have a problem with CVS. I've been sitting here for 10 minutes watching the pharmacist talk on the phone - she hasn't even acknowledged that I'm here. This is after I've waiting 5 days for my daily medicine to even be in stock. I'll be changing pharmacies.

The WORST!!Came back from surgery went straight to CVS to feel prescriptions. They didn't even acknowledge me for 10 minutes then it took them an hour. Although all these prescriptions including pain medication etc sated consult on the top of the form, Daniel just handed it to us. Then obviously one hand being wrapped after surgery he gave us prescription bottles with childproof tops. I can't open them

I just wanted to post really quickly that I met Sonya today and she was a joy to talk to as she took the time to help me print a photo for a gift I was putting together for someone. I loved everything about this encounter and look forward to seeing her next time!

I have been waiting at the drive through window "45 min", and counting, past the appointment time. (we were here on time, no one in line. went right up to the window) For a 2min Covid test. It really doesn't seem to be busy. May i suggest more training!!!

I've been using this CVS for years. The staff is great. The pharmacist, & techs are always so nice. However, since covid started trying to pick up prescriptions is almost impossible. The line is ALWAYS so long. Please open the other lane for RX pick up only. I can't wait 30 plus minutes every time I have RX to pick up. I have a special needs daughter, so going inside is not always an option, and some of her prescriptions are controlled and not available for delivery. CVS is a pharmacy and we should be able to pick up our meds in a timely manner.

Tried to pick up scrips on Wed, but after waiting 25 minutes with no line movement I had to leave. Went back Friday and waited 35 minutes to pick up. The lady manning the window suggested coming inside next time. They do not enforce a mask policy. I even saw an employee without a mask, so I will not be going that route. They obviously don't care about my time or health so 'Bye, bye!'.

I really like the pharmacists and but the Delta surge mask policy is appalling for a pharmacy — sales associates are not required to mask and even one pharmacy tech at the drive through was completely unmasked the other day. And they have zero signage about customers masking, which sets the wrong tone and few customers are wearing masks — so basically if you are high risk the only safe time to enter the store is right when they open in the morning — otherwise you are milling around with a bunch of unmasked people many of whom are there to get medicine because they are sick. With the volume of COVID tests they are doing in the drive-through, safe pick-up of prescriptions means 30 minutes or more minutes in line. I thought I’d try delivery of my meds but even though I live within walking distance the fastest delivery they offer is TWO DAYS. They have a second drive-through lane that is supposed to be only for pick-up and drop-off but for some reason it is never open. The pharmacists there tell me they wish they had a more strict mask policy but they have “been told they cannot.” What is wrong with CVS corporate for not supporting and protecting its employees and customers? Do they not realize that our local hospitals are overloaded and on total diversion more often than not these days — turning away ambulances? Some “healthcare partner” you are, CVS.

I give CVS at Hog Mountain a 0. Do not. I repeat do not go to this store to get a Covid Test. Arrived at my scheduled time. Waited 1 1/2 hrs to get through the line then another 30 minutes for the employee to process my test. so to get a COVID TEST at CVS hog mountain it took 2 hrs. Do not use this store.
