Going downhill fast. Store manager read codes on my car but it didn't show the part number from the last scan. He gave the other reader to a red shirt to try who was complaining from the start and when I said we had already tried the other one yelled about me wasting his time and stormed back inside without even plugging it in to try. I used to work at this store and Austin wouldn't have put up with that for a second. Just left and got the scan and part ordered at O'Reilly's quickly and easily

I came in on a Tuesday to return transmission fluid that was not opened and barely touched that was purchased on a Sunday morning. My husband was not given a receipt when he made the purchase. I returned it due to my husband having his truck at the dealership otherwise he would have returned it. The employee Robbie T “helped” me and stated he would not return the credit to the debit card used and would only give a store credit. I got my husband on the phone with him where he proceeded to tell him this was not Home Depot and it was store policy. He was extremely rude and needs a lesson on customer service training. If you go this store ask for Mr. Richard. He was so kind and helpful and actually helped me. He deserves a HUGE pay raise and promotion for actually addressing the problem and making things right. Robbie T needs extra training on customer service and not being a HUGE jerk. Don’t waste your time with him and go straight to Mr. Richard. He is simply the BEST!!!

Quick, Knowledgable, Friendly. These guys are great! My windshield wiper flew off and I came in for help. These guys got me new wipers and installed them for free. They didn’t try to give me the most expensive either. Mid-range and way more effective than what I had! Cheers to Scott and Jeremy who helped me out! Love my community and our Hometown Automotive center- Auto Zone!

Went to get my battery checked, the staff got me fixed up right away with a new one. When I arrived my fuel tank was low on gas, and my fuel pump check valve was bad. Car wouldn't start without enough fuel to prime the engine. Staff member drove me over to the gas station to fill a can and took me back to my car. Also gave me some more advice on my fuel pump issues. Amazing staff, I would trust this store with any of your car care needs. Watkinsville delivers again.

Just had a fantastic experience at this Auto Zone. The manager Jeremy was extremely helpful, thoroughly knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. I think I've found my permanent auto parts store!

Jeremy is one of the most helpful people I’ve ever met period. He ran the whole store by himself practically and is more knowledgeable than most mechanics I know. It makes sense why this autozone has such a high rating

Best Autozone I've ever been to! The service was top-notch! Came to get oil, dropped the oil cap couldn't find it. The motor wad too hot so I just said I'll buy another after looking everywhere. They found it and refunded me for the brand new one! This is an A+ top notch place to go.

Always short staffed and just swamped. I didnt get the help I needed last visit (basic oil filter availability) so I left and went to the competition.
