They really need to clean the rooms better and also paint the room and doors. Clean the mirrors good . Breakfast is good, just needs to be more cleanly. Waffles, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, coffee,milk, orange juice, cereal,hot chocolate.

I would give it 0 stars if possible. The night a tried to stay the power was cut off a few minutes after paying. It was 16 degrees that night. I was instructed to call Monday for a refund which I did and was told 4 to 5 days I would get a refund minus 20% well they only refunded 20%. I will be asking for court and attorney reimbursements.

This hotel is not fit for human habitation!!! Key didn't work. Shower didn't work. Stains. Mold. Water damage in bathroom. Grit on the floor. Locals and long term renters partying ALL NIGHT outside of our ground level room. Not safe. An absolute nasty place! Don't even consider staying at this hotel.
Gotta say the front desk people are great. They're very good at their jobs. Kind and friendly.

My husband uses this hotel during hunting season. Keisha is always so helpful. Rooms are good, prices are good, all around great experience.Walkability: Great Mexican restaurant across the street.

What a lovely experience. I had the privilege of being greeted and checked in by Keisha and Diamond. These two ladies have huge smiles, great personalities, and provided me with Outstanding Customer Service. My room was impeccably clean, neat and smelled good. This is not a new hotel you find in a bigger city, but the pride they put into making it welcoming, smelling good topped off with outstanding customer service makes you feel right at home. Elegance!

Absolutely filthy. Floor was sticky, so I washed it myself! Just the path from the door to the bathroom and the water was black! NASTY.

The rooms were clean , service was good. The phone didn't work in the room , there's no shower/ haven't worked in years . Their breakfast is an area in the office with box cereal, snacks, and coffee. We had to go spend extra money somewhere else for breakfast.

The manager Kesha was such a delight. She has the sweetest manner and beautiful personality. My housekeeper Kristy was so wonderful at making sure my room was stocked and clean. She has a wonderful manner. Night crew was on point Nathan was a great help with my key.Walkability: Close to great Mexican restaurant and local grocery store.

My room is infested with bed bugs and there is no place else to stay so I may have to sleep in my carSafety: The parking lot of the Ingles across the way is a nightly hang out for the local kids where they rev their engines and yell and scream at each other.

Sad to say,but we stay here almost every year since it was built.Was a Jameson originally.The rooms are really starting to go down!My a/c unit was running non stop,i asked for it to be fixed.Came in after work it was off,i thought great!?Then later i went to turn it on,nothing!Finally looked around and the fix was they unplugged it per the owners orders! TV service sucked!Hardly any channels and the tvs were snowy,bad!The only reason i didnt move to Thomson was we were close to work,and the mgr and front desk,housekeepers were so nice! Also breakfast was a waffle maker,cheap cereal, and yogurt!Dont think we will stay again!Rooms: Rooms are in need of a remodel!Food & drinks: Better go eat breakfast somewhere else!Yuck.

Overall a decent hotel, especially since there's nothing else around within about 30 mi. That's a name brand so if I was in the area again yes I definitely stay. I think the prices are a little much for what you get. Basically it's right under $100 for a room after tax and everything. To bring for decently clean And I did smell good. Really didn't have any issues. I'd like that the air conditioner was left on that way it wasn't hot.

This is one of only 2 hotels in this town. The other one is historic, downtown, and never any vacancy. There has been new flooring installed in the last year or so which is good...no more carpet but I still wear socks and shower flops. This hotel needs updating and a good cleaning! The bathrooms are terrible... dirty, moldy, the doors are not cleaned, hinges super rusted, paint peeling, walls cracking. Owner needs to do better. He knows people don't have a choice but if it doesn't get better I'll check out other options in nearby towns and just drive in!

Receptionist was really friendly and helpful. Room was exceptionally clean. Property clean. Better than anticipated!!!!
