First time visiting Zaxby's. The fried chicken Cobb salad was good. Service was fast and staff polite. Restrooms were clean. I really enjoyed the diet lemonade.....most restaurants don't offer any.

The food was ok to mediocre. New kid on register need assist from mgr lady who spoke broken English w accent (?), noises n people in front area had him asking me to repeat. I'm the one w the hearing aids and it was still quite noisy there.

Smallest chicken wings I've ever seen. Maybe they're pigeon wings.cold and dry.employees friendly and courteous. Product continues to decline.tenders get smaller while prices go up.
