Great friendly staff and easy purchase. We love our new custom trailer. This trailer makes taking our rock bouncers with us so easy and keeps them inside while we are traveling to help keep them clean. It's worth the investment for sure.

By far the worst cust service ever . If you live out of state DO NOT BUY from them . They will charge more than what was promised take your money and ignore your phone calls . I called for a week straight and could not get ahold of a manager. When the secretary answered I heard in the background the manager tell her to say he was in a meeting after she gave him my name . So i called from the time they opened till close and she kept saying they were in a meeting 2 days in a row . I never once cussed or yelled at any of their employees or managers. I just wanted answeres and to get my trailer fixed since it was dropped off damaged. To top it off when I moved my trailer in the driveway the red reflector that was only sticky taped on had falling off meaning they didn't clean the surface properly , the left led light had a broken screw on the top which has now pulled away from the trailer , the door hinge was bent like it was kicked in and also the caulking they used is not mold resistant. Poor quality over top off poor cust service as well as a F rating with the BBB , 1.4 yelp rating !!BUYERS BEWARE!!!! Please read all the comments left behind on the BBB and you'll see I'm not the only one they have done this with . They legally cannot sell in other states unless they have their dealers liscence in that state . Check with your MVDB dept and find out but in VA under they need to have a dealers liscence under ($ 46.2-1992.6. Licenses required

license as provided in this chapter. ) legally they violated law here in VA and it has been reported to the MVDP. (motor vehicle department board) and my attorney is looking into reporting them to the consumer relations for failure to adhere to the original contract which we agreed to via txt messages and i will be askimg my lawyer bout the lemon laws since i was giving a trailer that was poorly made and they are not answeringto phone to get it repaired
. All they had to do was pick up the phone and all this would have been avoided. We're gonna make sure they don't screw someone else over again .

Paid 24k for a 2013 gl450 mercedes that was supposed to be in great shape. Then the AC went out ,all the turbo coolant lines broke. Now the # 2 cylinder has no compression. Major lemon I'm stuck with. Thanks Woody Butts

My experience has been awesome, I found this company on line applied for the food trailer and was approved in one day!! They sent pictures of the trailer and I drove from Moss Point,Ms to Cochran ,Ga to pick it up!!!!! Now we are ready for big business ?

Found a truck I liked online, went to look at it and get a value for my trade. Two days later still didn't have a trade in value, talked to the salesman the afternoon of the second day and was told they sold the truck. I never received my trade in value, said he could only do so much.

Sincerely Excellent experience! 100% Recommend! Read on...I inquired about a 2006 SUT truck on their lot. Spoke with Skip. I asked some general questions then asked for the Carfax. Skip provided all answers and the Carfax promptly.As I was in SC and Woody's is in Cochran, GA, I asked for a video. Skip recorded a five minute video in excellent quality, going over the exterior and interior, engine, windows, radio, sunroof .. everything. He even took the time to figure out how to best get me the video because it was too large to text. That video sealed the deal for me! Made me feel like there was nothing to hide and was the second best thing to being there in person.Beyond that, Skip arranged delivery of the truck to me. Keith (the Transporter) was super cool, patient and polite. Handed me the keys and invited me to test drive it. It drove super well .. was very pleased.Signed papers.. all straight forward.I mention the following in Woody's favor:There was one hiccup post delivery .. I called Skip and he was keen to listen and said, "We just want to make sure you're happy.. ". We chatted a bit on it and within a few days, Skip resolved the need in the most prompt, fair way!! Always open communication. Always polite and courteous. Straight up professional gentleman!I purchase vehicles on average every 18 - 24 months (there's just too many great vehicles out there :) ). I've dealt with a LOT of dealerships & a LOT of sales folks. This organization, based on my experience, is among the best.Also, in my almost 30 years of driving and buying, this is the FIRST vehicle I have ever purchased sight unseen. No regrets.
