Day 1 Called to get appointment to open account was told just come in and will get taken care of. Walk in and waited 10-12 min, no one approach then learn they can not open account as it’s half hour before closing.Day 2 walk in at 2 pm (3 hr before closing), waited 10-12Min before anyone to come even learn my need then waited 45Min on banked not available to open an account. Guess what, I lost nothing. You lost customer. I am happy I didn’t get stuck with this kind of banking service that would drain hours of time and days to do nothing.

I personally have had nothing but good experiences with Wells Fargo, and I have been banking with them for over 20 years. The bankers and financial consultants at the Warner Robins branch always have a smile and are eager to help, especially Reuben Spencer and Deb Hightower.

This will be my last month banking with Wells Fargo in Warner Robins, Georgia(on Watson Blvd). I am only giving two stars because the teller that serviced me was extremely nice and professional. One particular evening I went in to make a quick deposit, and get a roll of quarters for kiddie rides at 16:51. I was the only person there. I work at a doctors office and got away long enough to go make the deposit. James, who was standing at the door waiting to lock up, gave me the death stare. Since he neglected his responsibility to greet me, as I'm sure he would have if I came in at 15:51, I greeted him. Excusing his unsat-service, I'm finally greeted by the teller, all to hear the branch manager Jennifer speaking, so I can hear her, a list of tasks they are going to have to redo. Maintaining self control, I finished my transactions. However, Jennifer was now in the lobby and no longer behind the service desk. I took it upon myself to give a verbal complaint about her service rep who was then looking at me as though I smelled like sewage. I wanted to include that I now know their closing procedures because she made it her business to list it so I can hear it, but I kept that to myself. She just responded with a cheap, fake smile that was so forced, her face turned red. At that point, I decided to educate her. Explaining that customer service begins at the open of business and ends at the close of business, not 9 minutes before. She then included teeth with the forced fake smile and still did not apologize for James' horrible customer service or the look of constipation on his face. Nor did she apologize for her lack of responsibility as a branch manager. She continued looking surprised that I actually knew customer service protocol. These two team members are not assets to this company. It's a shame that cooperation's don't mystery shop anymore. That's one of the reasons service like what I received continues to happen and it's only getting worse. If there was another Wells Fargo Bank in close I would just avoid this particular location, but since it's not I am taking my business somewhere that branch managers have standards and expectations of their service representatives.

THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. THAT IS ALL. OH, AND DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT, DEPOSIT CHECKS INTO THEIR ATM!!! IT WILL BE HELD FOR ALMOST 2 WEEKS EVERY TIME! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POOR OVER THE PHONE AND IN PERSON. I would give 0 stars if it were an option.

I have a business account here atthe bank sometimes 3 times a day. I have to say that I have gotten exceptional service from the first to the last time I went to the bank. I would like to speak on one employee, Alexis. Alexis is there most to the transactions I condudt, she is always personable, fast and efficient. Not only to me but to all the customers. Yes sometimes that is a wait, its not fast food its banking. The staff there is exceptional and friendly.

Absolutely the WORST Customer Service around as I drove an hour to go to a location that was closed on Saturday and another 30 minutes to closest branch to arrive 30 minutes prior to closing to be told I would have to schedule an appointment to set up a new account with a sizeable check after already having an account. All of my banking experience, I have NEVER been told I can't help you today when arriving well before closing. Not only are they not getting my new business, I am pulling ALL accounts and banking with a more customer focused bank as Wells Fargo certainly takes the customer our of customer service. Although this is not the only bad experience with Wells Fargo after many years, it will certainly be the last as I close my accounts with my next visit as I have had enough.

Like most everyone is say poor phone service, been calling since 9:00am, still can't get to talk to a human, if this was my personal account, I'd close it out.
