Highly disappointed in the new staff. With business and personal banking lines are long and drive thru is better. However the new staff tend to close the thru earlier. Spoke with black lady with glasses for assistance but she was not friendly and was of no assistance when discussing the matter.

The manager (she) has a dismissive attitude when it comes to conflict with customers.Overall the rest of staff are professional individuals.

I personally have had nothing but good experiences with Wells Fargo, and I have been banking with them for over 20 years. The bankers and financial consultants at the Warner Robins branch always have a smile and are eager to help, especially Reuben Spencer and Deb Hightower.
