Gosh, I don't even know where to start! I was double billed for doors and it took months for me to get credit. They also took months to pick up wood that I had not even ordered as well as more months to give me credit. This company has so many issues! It's sad to see that what once was a great privately run company has gone down to a mess of a business!

I have called & called over the last 2 weeks trying to get someone to answer the phone. One person out of 11 calls answered, the other messages I left never got a return call. Since they sold & got rid of all the good people this place is going down the tubes. I guess the lawyer group that bought it doesn't understand retail sales & customer service because it's in the toilet now... flush it and get it over with...With this kind of customer service it's just a matter of time before they're gone.

My issue is calling the store for assistance. One is routed to an IP voice mail box: whatever that is. I left a message and then selected the pound key for more options. I sent the message. Now the issue is, how often are messages reviewed? several times a day? once a day? once a week? once a month? I have never seen a business operate like this.

There is one lady in the store that deals with window orders. She’s either never there or doesn’t return your phone call I’ve spoken to the manager twice about ordering one sash for a broken window. It has taken me months still don’t have my window.

Do not buy materials from this company. They over charged me on materials that were delivered to my house. It took them a month to pick the material back up with a promise to refund me asap. I have $2400 that was supposed to go back into my account, but they keep telling me they are working on it.

Worst customer service they expect you to know where the materials are located the guy in the front gate was on his cell phone and got mad because I ask him where the materials was I guess he was playing a game or on Facebook I asked another guy and before I could even finish my question he pointed to the front office, wow always the same thing here if it was my call I’ll never return here.

We're trying to use Warner Robins Supply to replace some flooring in a couple of rooms. When we initially went in January they were extremely nice and let us take samples home to match and get an idea of what we wanted. We have been dealing with Leslie Sinyard and she was very quick to come out and measure then told us we would have a quote by the end of the week. Then radio silence... We emailed, called and left messages until finally we were ready to go somewhere else (should have listened to my gut). She finally got back to us with the quote after 1 month. We were told it would take 2 weeks to get the flooring in after we paid the deposit which was half of the job. We paid the deposit on February 28th and were told by another young lady that Leslie would call us within a couple of days to go over the timeline. Now fast forward 3 weeks later and we have STILL not heard from Ms. Sinyard. We have called and emailed her multiple times and have no response. I'm at the point I just want my $2400 dollars back and find something elsewhere. We wanted to shop and spend locally, but this lack of communication and customer service is absolutely ridiculous!!

Well established business and a mainstay for local builders. On this day their pressure treated 2x4's were the lowest priced in town. You can find all of your basic builders supplies here, as well as some specialty items. Family owned and operated local business. They must be doing something right considering they are still in business with Lowes and Home Depot just down the road. Check them out next time you need supplies, they sell to everyone, not just contractors. Very knowledgeable staff!!

I get a lot of my building supplies from here. Im in the process of constructing a house for this couple in The Stafford and need regular deliveries or pick ups and this is the place to go. The best part though is that they are LBGTQ+ friendly so if you're like me, someone in the process of transitioning, then you should definitely come here. They dont advertise it but they really should as there is a big community here and I think they would get even more business if they did. God Bless Them All. God Bless The USA.

Ordered lumber to be delivered. The 2x6s were very dirty and moldy. Many had rounded edges and bark. Some were cracked. There were unusable. I think they used my order to clear out unwanted lumber.

One of Warner Robins building supply employees came out to measure my door for replacement. He promptly sent a quote to follow up which was much appreciated. Unfortunately this individual has fallen off the face of the Earth and won't reply to calls or text messages so I can give him the job. Why would a company pay somebody to come out and measure for a job and send a quote but not be there to close the deal. I guess it's what we've come to now most people want to get paid without actually working. I guess at least I tried not to give the big box stores my money and support local businesses. I hope other have better luck than me.
