Today when I went to buy ice cream for my kids I noticed something so disgusting in the human ice cream section. In two different places in the human ice cream section they had frozen dog treats. I love dogs but I don't want my kids ice cream next to dog treats. What if my kid grabbed the dog treats because they saw it had a picture of a dog. This is the most disgusting thing I could have seen never buying ice cream for this walmart ever

It lacks a lot of merchandise, the meat and vegetable refrigerators are always alone, the cashiers are in a bad mood all the time.

Another Wal Mart in Warner Robins GA where the debit card readers do NOT work. It is the winter holiday shopping time and Wal-Mart has debit card readers that do NOT function properly. Maybe my card didn't have money on it? Nope! I went to a nearby pizza store and did a successful purchase with the same debit card. I successfully make purchases at the nearby to the Walmart QT convenience store. Cards function fine. It's Walmart and it's lousy card reader systems.

I'm always prepared for disappointment when I visit this store. Don't bother checking the app or website to see if something is in stock, it's a 50/50 chance that the data is actually accurate. And while on the topic of accurate data the item location is merely to get you within the vicinity-maybe it's on J12 or possibly J14 just look around and you'll find it eventually, that is if the inventory is correct (which it usually isn't).Also, make sure you have the app loaded on your mobile device and ready to scan to find the price of the item. I consistently find that labels and items don't match. You just "thought" that pack of paper towels was $4.97. Nope, that was the Great Value tag, the Brawny is actually $6.97. Just remove all the price tags and we'll scan it to get an accurate price.How can it be this bad? It's not like this is a new development either, it's been consistent for at least the last two years. It almost feels like Wal-Mart Corp just gave up and said, "Well, I guess this is the best we can get. So be it."What should be a flagship store looks more like a river barge. Middle Georgia, you're capable of better.

Usually hard to get in and out of this Walmart, but when you visit first thing in the morning hours, especially on weekdays, the place is manageable and the staff is super helpful and courteous and very friendly!

Great store, most walmarts are pretty good. It's the people that does not want to work does not want to help customers and and they need. Upgrade there disabled electric chairs for people like me that cannot walk.

I was a ok with this location until I got a chance to experience how terrible the Pickup team is! I’ve literally been sitting in my car for almost an hour for one item. I tried calling the number provided and they send you straight to voicemail.

BEWARE: This store supports physical assault. While trying to make a return at store #1367 I had a disgruntled employee in Customer Service actually reach out and grab me by the front of my shirt. And even worse than that, when I brought it to the store managers attention, Abdullah, he decided it was acceptable and has kept the employee working there. You cannot put your hands on another person like that. It is illegal. What a sickening experience.

They never pick up their phones. When i went to the store and asked if something was available they said none was in the shelf so no, i asked them to check the back and this skinny tall kid went back there for 5 minutes. And cane back to tell me no. I asked a lady also working there and she checked and they DID have more in stock. Were not talking about a small item. Were talking about a large sized TV.

Went to make a return at this Walmart. There was only 1 other customer at the return desk, so they were not busy or backed up. The employee seemed very distracted by other things going on behind the counter with other employees. I told her I needed to return my item. She asked is there anything wrong with it? I said no. Next thing I know she’s handing me my receipt and walking away. I said wait what card did it go back on? She told me the last 4 and I told her I don’t have that card anymore because it was a prepaid Visa card. She told me I can’t do anything about that. She then called someone else and told the lady on the phone that she asked me what card I wanted it to go back on and I said “yes”. Which in fact did not happen at all. At no point did she tell me what card it was going back on or how I wanted to receive the refund. So, then I asked if I could have the item back that I returned since basically that money she just refunded is gone. It’s on a card in some landfill. Well, she said no that I would have to purchase the item again. It feels like I just got robbed by Walmart?! Now I don’t have the money or the item I returned. I just drove to Walmart and gave them money. This is why I always go to the walmart on Russell because this one absolutely sucks. This isn’t the first bad experience I’v had at this walmart either which is why I’m finally choosing to write a review. Even if this Walmart is closer, still go to the one on Russell. The workers at the Russell location are so much nicer and knowledgeable.

The guy said he was going to get my curb side order and then he comes back 10-15 minutes later and said his boss had told him that my order wasn't ready and I had 2 people called that my order was ready and the app literally said my order was also ready
