Pharmacist on duty Saturday 4/6/24,refused to fill my husband's prescription because he is not an established person with that pharmacy and because the doctor in this case is over 70 miles away. I explained we live 10 minutes away and the doctor comes to the local office and the procedure had to be performed at the Columbus location due to protocol. CVS said they did not have the particular medication due to back order that is why I came to Walgreens. The pharmacist still would not fill the RX.Also all proper identification was provided to the pharmacy tech.Just a weird experience.I usually get all my vaccine's done here. Will think twice before using them again simply because of the runaround by this pharmacist.

I have been going to Walgreens now for over four years in Warner Robins. I pick my five prescriptions up on the same day of each month. Every time I go to get my prescriptions after they have told me they are ready there's always a problem. There's also always new staff each month. Obviously I'm gonna blame that on the management so besides that part this last trip was my last trip literally they are rude. They talk to me like I was stupid. They blamed everything on me and my insurance when it had nothing to do with either it was their mistake. The pharmacist just stood there and said nothing. There was no apology given they continue to be rude and hateful to me. On top of that they charge me $10 when I don't have to pay for my prescriptions and then argue with me about that as well. I went to wait in my car because I was so upset at the way they were speaking to me and treating me. I get a text that says all of them are ready. One is delayed because of insurance so all I could do was sit there and wait. I finally get the last text that says all four already at zero charge. I drove around to pick them up in a different lady helps me and she was just as rude as the other two with no apology. I will no longer be using Walgreens Pharmacy

It's Walgreens a pharmacy! So tell me why they close for lunch ? You mean to tell me you don't have enough staff to cover lunches??? I had to take time in my lunch to get my meds and now I can't get them. I work two jobs and now I have to wait for my meds till who knows when... this is ludicrous!!!! Then I ask and the manager and her answer was Walgreens doesn't have enough money. No I'm sorry for the inconvenience or I apologize please come back during sick and such time. I'm so disappointed in this stores staff and policy. Walgreens is a Pharmacy with thousand of locations and you don't have money? That's insane and I'm taking my business elsewhere because this just doesn't make any sense.

Ms Brandi was very knowledgeable with COVID 19 testing for travel to Hawaii. Her customer service went above and beyond - she is a great ambassador for the Walgreens brand - Aloha Brandi!

I Love this walgreens! People are so nice and the pharmacy people takes the time to Help me make My daughter medicine taste better. I told them My daughter likes bubble gum taste medicine, and they change the flavor of her antibiotic, mare it easier for me to give My daughter her meds

The pharmacy techs have been terribly rude concerning a drug recall. They also tend to screw up your prescriptions. And let's face it, the prices are always high. Terrible. Moving to another competing chain.

Pharmacists are very friendly, that's hard to find these days. She is always smiling and kind.
