FREAKIN TRASH THAT WORKS HERE ROUTINE IT SEEMS FOOD HAS WENT MISSING JUST NOT A RELIABLE POST OFFICE GO TO MORE THAN MAIL THEY OUR BETTER I ONLY GO THERE WHEN I HAVE TOO.

A package was listed as delivered to my address Saturday March 2nd in the pike acres/ echoconee creek neighborhood only it wasn’t delivered. I was heare all day nothing was delivered. The last two times this has happened the neighbors who got it brought it to me. This time someone kept the package and I am out of my money all because this service is inept. The United States Post Office owes me $65 because of their ineptness but they won’t pay it. So I am SOL because of these dimwits.

I came in for a passport and the black gentleman not only refused to service me but was very rude. I have all of the correct paperwork plus and appointment but he is refusing to do them. When I asked for his name and to speak with a manager his response was, you don’t need a manager you need mental help. And you don’t need my name.

They are too lazy now. They dont let you use tape. They dont print off the labels anymore. Everything is self supplied, smh no more usps.

This place is terrible. Came here 3 times saying they keep delivering other peoples mail to my place and they never fix anything. They keep saying their driver is new or they are not use to the route yet. Bunch of incapable staff here. Out of all the cities ive lived in, this post office has the worst management.

Wish I could give 0 stars!! Warner Robins post office and carriers are the ABSOLUTE WORSE!!!!! They have been delivering my mail and packages to others addresses in my neighborhood this is happening wayyy to often than to be just a mistake. I’ve had multiple or my packages go to next door neighbors or people down the street and it’s just not right!!! I am starting to think this is done deliberately. I thought that messing with peoples mail was a FEDERAL OFFENSE! They either pass straight by my mail box flying and put everyone else’s mail in theirs then an hour or so come back to my mailbox and put my mail out. This is too much to be just a mistake and it’s happening way too often I just don’t get it I wonder if I got a P.O. Box would that be better but then I may not get any mail then would probably have way more problems than now it’s sad when you don’t and or can’t trust the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE it’s very sad. I have been at my address 7 years and this has been going on for about two years now. Even when they have come through and drop others mail off I sit, see and hear them ride back and forth past my house and don’t stop but then maybe about 8pm at night a few times I had them drop mail off at my home it’s very unusual and weird. I have been going through this and I truly feel and believe what I see is being done deliberately and I don’t know why. I have multiple videos of this going on. The place needs to be remolded and new postal workers and drivers because the people that runs it now always are very nasty for no reason don’t greet you and don’t hardly smile. They talk to the older people any kind of way or a person thats simply in need of a little information I’ve seen this many times It’s sad if your at a job you don’t like QUIT! Stop taking out what ever you have going on inside out on innocent people that has to use the place you work at. It’s uncalled for. It’s also no life in that place the paint is dirty and the ceilings has dust and cobwebs it’s ridiculous. I suppose working in an dirty environment with no joy I’d be angry too if I worked in an environment like this also the lights are dim it’s almost eerie especially when the people are acting unkind. Any way I have a package out here that’s not traceable and I can’t get my money back so I took out a police report hope this can be resolved soon smh what a world we live in . Ohhhh and also they have line so long out the door at times and two people working at the 5 or 6 checkouts they have I mean dang!!! I know many people that’s looking for jobs this is a very lazy place I hate I live in this town. UPDATE…….. so I just bought and put up a whole brand new mailbox reflective numbers and reflectors three days ago how about the mail man zoomed by my mailbox the next day then did the same thing “THEY” always do put out everyone’s mail then come back to me last and then put my mail out. YALL this is very strange behavior. What is going on am I NOT A UNITED STATES CITIZEN!!? omg I so wish I could file a complaint. I have in the past but then they will call me and make it my fault somehow they take no blame for their actions this is ridiculous. When you file a complaint they should not be able to call you and make you feel like they are mad you filed a complaint it’s not right. And I’m going to keep updating this post
