We went in looking for a specific product. I was trying to stop one of the workers and she ignored me and my aunt. After we tried to stop her again and said excuse me ma’am she continued to ignore us and pretended to help another customer when they never even asked her for help. I wasn’t upset but it was very rude not even being acknowledged or asked if we needed help.

I'm an older gentleman; I came in looking for a couple of fragrances I was missing in my collection, and was quite surprised by the professional attitude and knowledge of the staff they were very welcoming and even went out of their way to find the last bottle of a particular fragrance I needed.. all and all a pleasant experience

Terrible customer service. I went to redeem a birthday gift and that lady at the counter was no help. I will never come back here. Sephora is way better.

Alwaysss out of stock..no one is helpful at all. When do get stock in start unloading and leave half way unpacked with boxes full of product and packaging mess in isle so difficult to get around or look for product and when asked if they got specific item in stock while unboxing said don't know..didn't offer to check the box they were unloading or any other. Would rather drive all way to Macon then deal with that one.

Don't go here if you're interested in testing perfumes. I had a few fragrances that I wanted to test and they happened to have them in stock. Most didn't have any testers and the one with testers the testers were empty. I spoke with a clerk who said I wouldn't be allowed to try any perfumes because they didn't have anymore testers and wouldn't open any because of theft risks. Waste of time. Save yourself the trouble and Go to dillards instead

I have tried for two days in a row to call the store for a simple & quick answer to my question but no one ever answers at the Warner Robins, GA store. I also tried using the virtual assistant, never got an answer, it just kept going thru the procedure of picking a topic, supplying my email address and speaking with a live assistant. No one actually answers.I just wanted to know if the store employed 15 year Olds on the weekends? Sounds like from the reviews you could do well with new employees.

I went in the other night. Totally clueless on make up anymore now that I’m getting older and I have a lot more unwanted friends called wrinkles but Caesar helped me so much. He is wonderful.

If I could give the salon a half a star I most definitely would. I visited the salon the day prior to my appointment today for a consultation. The stylist assured me she had over many years experience and that she was a color expert. We decided on lifting my gray and removing old color on the ends of my hair to have a salt and pepper look. The stylist turned my hair orange and her attempt to correct it made things worse. I spoke with the manager and he said, “when you have box color on your hair there are no guarantees on how the color will turn out. I said the stylist didn’t inform me of this and the stylist didn’t deny it. I then asked for the additional $42 I paid for that part of the service to be taken off my bill. The manager said he could take off 25% on my next visit. Which was a joke. I wouldn’t take my dog to this Ulta Salon and I don’t even have a dog. I will also contact Ulta’s Corporate officecolor from the ends. He said

Someone please explain to me how I can spend 30+ minutes in this store and have not even one employee speak to me, look at me, or acknowledge my existence. I've been to this location four times and the reception is always the same --cold, distant, and rude. The absolute disregard for paying customers is wild. On top of that, the inventory is very picked over; many items are out of stock. From now on, I'll just buy online and save myself from the miserable experience that is Ulta.
