This move started off completely wrong. The movers were good, and they did what was asked of them; however, the movers thought they were only moving my items, when I scheduled a complete pack out, so the company had to bring the boxes to the location instead of them having them with them. Communication with different personnel with this company was a problem. When I reached out to them to discuss my bill, no one ever returned my call.

While booking i was able to speak with a live person. After booking i’m only able to speak with the voice chat. This has made it hard for me to report the damage. Besides that the movers were in time and very great guys moving things. dryer and chair was the only items damaged out of my whole house

I used Titan Movers for a move about four weeks ago, and initially, I was impressed. The movers were quick and efficient, and I even tipped them for their service. However, after the move was done, I noticed that my TV was cracked. When I tried to file a report with the company, they conveniently began flagging my calls. Every time I dial their number, I'm greeted with a recording. When I attempt to call from a different number, surprise, someone picks up! But as soon as they realize it's me, they resort to giving me the runaround. It's frustrating and incredibly unprofessional. I've given up trying to get any resolution. If you're considering using Titan Movers, think twice. This is not how a reputable company should conduct business.

I have used a lot of moving companies in my life - but Titan Movers is one of the best. They completed a move for me yesterday and I am in awe of the job they did. From the beginning to the end, they were professional, made sure to take care with my Mom's furniture, and simply went out of their way to make sure everything was OK before they left. I cannot thank Danny and his team enough. If you need something moved, call these people. You will be glad you did.

The movers were great but the company not so much. They did not return my deposit. I have called 3 times only to have to leave a message. No one has answeredthe phone or returned my calls. And I sent an email. No responses.

The movers I had were pleasant, on time, and ready to work. They were very professional and easily made this the best move I have ever experienced. I truly appreciate the professionalism and time management.

The young men were pleasant. However, I had boxes clearly marked in bold letters which part of the apartment I wanted them. Some were, half wasn't. My figurine stature of of a young woman walking her Greyhound Dog was broken, the young man was apologetic and admitted he had stumbled. I assured him that accidents do happen. However I have had l have had that statue for about 35 years,I bought it at art gallery, it was one of a kind. The lead mover said I could take a picture and file a claim, I explained I didn't know how to do it. I asked him if he would take the picture on his phone. I'm 73yrs old and not well versed in technology. Lastly they forgot and and left a large picture on the wall. I was so exhausted l didn't notice until we got back. The lead guy said he would come back in an hour, and pick it up. Of course this didn't happen. Overall the men was very polite and mannerable. They were 100 percent better than my last movers. I tipped each guy ten dollars. I found someone to get the picture today. They are hard working young men,just need a little fine tuning on details. Hopefully I will never move again,but I will most certainly refer Titan overs. Sincerely, Linda Mccarthy.

Horrible experience. The workers didn’t even move all of my belongings and damaged some of my property. Worst experience ever and they won’t even return my calls. Definitely doing a bad Google review and tell everyone never to use them .. ever!!! Do not use them . Just got a response that it’s my fault for their incompetence and a number to call that no one answered!!
